Provide a brief description of the research design. 4 pts ANSWER The Hypothesis was examined existing research by investigating the effects of a hostile work climate with bullying, they also looked at genders differences in these association if the relationships between the hostile work climate and workplace bullying looks the same for men and women. 6. Why? 4 pts ANSWER This would be experimental due to the fact there are 3 variables being tested in this study.
