They found that utilizing serious games and commercially available video games can serve as a beneficial pathway for implementing psychotherapy in the fields of child and adolescent psychiatry. 2) Second Topic of Interest: The effect of virtual reality therapy and counseling on students' public speaking anxiety Gap Statement: “It is proposed that empirical investigation on VR and counseling for treating SA and PSA in students be continued to provide more examples and end the literature inconsistency in this area. So, If VR technology and consulting are used in suitable conditions, with a larger sample size and for a longer period, their effectiveness in controlling and managing SA and PSA will probably become more apparent.” (Sarpourian et al., 2022, p. 8).
