Telehealth in Counseling Literature Review Today, consultation can be done effectively and made possible through telehealth. Customers can receive care and services more conveniently thanks to telehealth. Qualitative and quantitative studies suggest that telehealth can benefit kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ASD Today's children gain and benefit immensely from telehealth because it makes getting treatments simple and convenient for them. Telehealth may not benefit everyone, but research indicates that it may benefit kids with autism spectrum condition. Writing well is a crucial part of both counseling and psychological research. Telehealth Article #1 Information about the advantages of telehealth for children with autism spectrumdisorder (ASD) could potentially be discovered within the article "A Randomized Controlled Trial of Functional Communication Training via Telehealth for Young Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder" (Lindgren et al., 2020). This study attempts to demonstrate the manner in which ASD children's problematic behaviors (ages 21 to 84 months) restrict them from learning and connecting with others. (Lindgren and associates) 2020. In order to treat children with ASD for major behavioral issues, they investigated whether telehealth would be effective. This was done by designing the project as a randomized controlled experiment (RCT). The experiment was carried out using a single-case design for each participant. A certified behavioral consultant oversaw the therapy activities for the parents (Lindgren et al., 2020) .Given the fact that it proved effective and/or beneficial in comparison between the two groups, the medication was given for 12 weeks. According to the study's hypothesis, parents will receive training and
coaching via telehealth to apply FA and FCT tactics, which will aid in helping their kids become more socially adept and minimize problem behaviors when compared to kids receiving standard care. Second, both during and after treatment, the kids will be able to show that they are capable of paying attention and finishing tasks. 2020 (Lindgren et al.) Third, parents will use telehealth to report if their child has agreed to the treatment plan. All FA and FCT procedures were carried out by the parents in the children's home under the guidance of a coach who was made available by behavioral specialists through telehealth. Within the study, a quantitative analysis was carried out based on the information collected from each participant. Each FA and FCT visit's observation sessions were recorded and rated, and all participant data were collected using a single-subject design. Year 2020 (Lindgren et al.)In comparison to children who received normal therapy for 12 weeks, the results show that telemedicine helped children with ASD minimize problem behaviors by 98%. Telehealth Article #2 For ADA children, the authors of the study "Investigating the Accuracy of a Novel Telehealth Diagnostic Approach for Autism Spectrum Disorder" (Smith et al., 2017) seek to provide and/or present a more expedient, convenient, faster and useful diagnostic process. In this study, an innovative and/or unique telehealth diagnostic approach that uses clinically supervised at-home video recording is compared to the traditional diagnostic examination (Smith et al., 2017). This study compared the Naturalistic Observation Diagnostic evaluation (NODA) and the IPA in-person evaluation. 51 children from the Southwest of the United States and one child's
