Early Childhood Education The impact of high-quality early childhood education on a young child's life has been demonstrated through decades of research. Effective academic achievement reinforces early childhood interventions and long-term impacts on their future selves. High-quality early childhood education programs used to be hard to find, but they are now easier to find (Healthy People, 2021). Characteristics of High-Quality Early Childhood Programs Stronger language, numeracy, and social abilities can be developed in children with high-quality early education. As they progress through school, kids are less likely to need special education classes. As people age, they are more likely to make excellent salaries and have fewer legal concerns. While looking for a high-quality early childhood learning program, parents should look for a center that offers a safe and supportive atmosphere and an excellent learning experience. Parents should pick something with small classes or groups since this enables the teachers to forge closer bonds with the students and enhances their sense of security. Parents should also look for programs with personnel with higher education and training since they will know how to construct an excellent curriculum to improve the child's development and growth. Other advantages of early childhood education include lower special education classes, a lower likelihood of repeating grades, higher grades and fewer failing grades, greater social and emotional maturity, greater academic motivation, a more extraordinary ability for independent work, lower incidences of absenteeism and detentions, better attitudes toward school, raised employment rates and wages, fewer arrests as the child ages, and better relationships with teachers. (San Jaun education 2018). Psychological Theories to a Policy President Obama signed the Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) into law in 2015. This act is the national education law and commitment to equal opportunity for all students, and it is a direct descendant of the more than 50-year-old Elementary & Secondary Education Act (ESEA), signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1965. Since it was signed in 2015, high school graduation
