However, her feelings of rejection persisted, leading to constant anxiety and emotional instability, compounded by concerns about others' perceptions of her.

3 To discern whether Lola's personality aligns more closely with Eysenck's Hierarchical Model of Personality or the Five Factor Model, it is crucial to pinpoint the specific traits and attributes that define her individuality. The core of Eysenck's theory revolves around the three primary personality traits highlighted by Larsen and Buss (2021), which are considered highly heritable and form the basis of Eysenck's psychophysiological model. These traits and two subsets compose an individual's personality within Eysenck's Model of Personality: extraversion- introversion, psychoticism, and neuroticism (Larsen & Buss, 2021). Conversely, as expounded, the Five Factor Model has been refined by numerous personality researchers in recent decades. Drawing on adjectives from the English dictionary, this model delineates five comprehensive personality traits contributing to an individual's distinct character and identity. The five traits outlined in the model encompass extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, openness, and intelligence. Researchers worldwide have replicated the Five Factor Model over the last fifty years (Larsen & Buss, 2021) In her current state, Lola is burdened by a painful breakup, causing her to lose interest in her studies and friendships, resulting in academic probation. She copes by isolating herself at home and succumbing to binge eating as a means of avoidance. Despite her lack of plans, she clings to the belief that others admire her life and appearance. Based on the comprehensive analysis of Lola's character traits within the case study context, it is evident that her struggles with self-esteem strained familial relationships, and emotional instability have significantly impacted her academic performance and overall well- being. This paper underscores the importance of considering both internal psychological attributes and external contextual factors in understanding Lola's complex personality.
