Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Personal Teaching Statement: 1. Outline the reasons for wanting to become an early childhood teacher band why early childhood teaching is a good career choice for you. I want to teach early childhood because I have a strong desire to nurture young minds and foster their development. Witnessing the incredible transformations that take place during a child's early years fascinates me, and I am excited to play a key role in shaping their educational journey. This career path perfectly aligns with my personal values and aspirations, providing a fulfilling opportunity to leave a legacy for future generations. Becoming an early childhood teacher would allow me to channel my passion into a meaningful career in which I could provide a supportive and enriching environment for children to learn and develop important skills. Early childhood education promotes creativity in the development of engaging lesson plans and activities that stimulate children's curiosity and imagination which I find interesting about this subject. Early childhood education is more than just a job for me; it is an opportunity to positively impact society.

1. Outline the personal and academic qualities you posses that will enable you to become an effective early childhood teacher. As an applicant of Bachelor of early childhood education, I believe I have a unique combination of personal and academic qualities that I think will enable me to make a significant difference in the lives of young students. Also, my foundational knowledge in early childhood education gives me the tools I need to understand child development theories. My patience and empathy serve as the foundation of my approach, allowing me to truly comprehend and connect with each child's emotions and developmental needs. I also have good communication and interpersonal skills that helps me to educate children and develop a positive learning environment within them where they can flourish and reach their potential. I really love children that make learn more about their nature, feelings and assist them in every activity. 2. Describe one or two leadership, community and/or learning & development activities that you have engaged in.
