2 Project Three Topic from Project Three Milestone: The topic I chose to focus on for this assignment is "Police Striking Adults" In the last few years our country has seen more callousness among the police and our citizens than I can recall seeing my entire life. This topic seems interesting, and I feel as if there is more to learn. Describe the key findings from your interpretation of the data for a general audience. Your response should be about 2 to 4 sentences. Include the following in your response:  Easy-to-understand statistical values (e.g., percentages) According to the survey that was done with the pew research center. In 2019 the survey references that 84% of African Americans and 63% of white individuals that African Americans are treated less fairly. Similarly, 87% of black people and 61% of white people said that black people are treated less fairly when it comes to the criminal justice system in the United States (Desilver, 2020).The Chi-Square test of independence validates the findings that demonstrate the relationships between races and the risk of police striking individuals. The Chi-Square. X-2=50.5 and the p-value 1.1 016 proves that there is not a noteworthy because the p-value is larger than alpha of a=0.5. The findings indicate that white people are more tolerant of police striking males than their African American counterparts, though the difference between what was seen and what was predicted was not statistically significant.

Note: In the Project Three Milestone, you reviewed credible sources to create your annotated bibliography. Use those credible sources in this section or additional credible sources if needed. The case of George Floyd and the rallies that ensued afterwards brought so much needed attention to police violence. In the article "10 Things we know about race and policing in the U.S." is a research article that provides ten facts that educate readers about the relationship between race and law enforcement over the last few years were supported by the Pew Research Center. The authors of the article can bring understanding to how those in law enforcement are lacking equality in the way a person is treated depending on their race. The article's main conclusion is that Americans of both races think that African Americans are more likely than white Americans to be mistreated by the police (Desilver, 2020). Describe the major statistical findings for the scientific community. Your response should be about 3 to 7 sentences. Include the following in your response:  An explanation of at least two major findings  An explanation contextualizing the graphs you will include in the next item to ensure that the reader understands their purpose in the brief.
