Please give a short description of the student’s accomplishments and whether the student achieved the learning objectives. Ms. Pannell has shadowed staff to various appointments for clients, participated in home visit and face to face sessions with clients and foster families, attended court for clients, and has attended VEMAT meetings for clients. She has also provided transportation to clients for appointments. She has worked on clinical documentation, submitted clients to Magellan, and worked on chart reviews. During supervision, she has been challenged to diagnose clients based on her observations of the clients, historical information, and presenting symptoms. Ms. Pannell has been successful in learning objectives; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Pannell was furloughed and has not had contact with clients during this time. 2. This student’s strength(s) are: Ms. Pannell has been driven to get her hours for her internship and to shadow several staff. She is a pleasure to work with and gets along well with others. 3. This student needs improvement in the area(s) of: Ms. Pannell needs to continue to work on improving her clinical documentation. As this is not a part of her daily work responsibilities, she has made progress but can continue to improve in this area. 4. Were you satisfied with the student’s overall performance?
