Purpose: In this assignment, you will deepen your comprehension of research methodologies by independently and repeatedly collecting data on yourself. This iterative process aims to illuminate the intricacies of data collection techniques and procedures. By the end, you will not only have hands-on experience but will also be tasked with drafting a detailed review of the methods section, reflecting on the nuances and challenges encountered during your data collection journey. Data collection procedures: During the time period of Saturday, September 30 th to Wednesday, October 4 th , you will have to document the following information for three days: 1. Sleep 2. Energy level 3. Physical activity completed 4. Entertainment screen time 5. Mobile device screen time 6. Money spent on food/drinks Data collection will occur by completing the REDCap link on the Assignment #2 page on Quercus. Please click on the link to determine how you should be collecting your data for three days (this is the same link you will be using to submit your answers). You are required to submit your answers to this questionnaire by 9am on October 5 th . You will need to include your student number, and first and last name on the form with your answers to receive full marks for this part (please write your name the same way it is written on Quercus). All data will become de-identified. (2 marks) Responses to the below questions can be answered one by one and submitted via Quercus as a single file attachment. To answer the questions below, it is important you download the dataset available on Quercus under the Assignment #2 page (this will be available at the end of the lecture on October 5, 2023). Questions: 1. Choose two of these variables (do not choose the record_id variable), identify each variable type, and justify why you believe that variable is that specific type. (2 marks)

Now that you have collected and examined the data, you will need to create a research question that you would be interested in studying/examining with this dataset.
