1. How successful were you in reaching your goal? Be specific. My goal was to get 35 comments on my Facebook post about how do you think of animal abuse, and I got exactly 35 comments on my Facebook post. 2. What challenges did you anticipate before starting, and how successful were you in preventing them? Be specific. I thought that no one will respond to my post. Every time when I post something on Facebook, no like replies or gives a thumbs up, so I was scared that I will not be able to finish 1% of my project, but at the end, I got the exact amount comments I needed. 3. What aspect of your action plan was surprisingly easy? Please explain. Literally just posting the post of how people think of animal abuse. All I had to do is the typing, check grammar, click post and that’s it, it’s fairly easy. 7. What leadership skill did you find you are really good at? Please explain. I feel like I am really good at asking people for a response because no one ever comments on my post of even give a thumbs up, u then when I ask for a response, they all came and respond to my post, which made me really surprise. 8. What did you learn about yourself during this process? Be specific. I learn that I am not shy at all, every time when I meet new friends, new people, I always tell them I am shy, but when I was posting the post, I literally went like “ok this done that done, post, goodbye.” and I learn that I actually have Facebook friends that respond me. 9. Going forward, if you want to be a leader for change, what lessons have you learned during this process? Be specific. I learn how people think of animals as their friend, I see all of my comments are people going against animal abuse, none of them comment “I don’t care” or “I think it’s great to do that”, they all respect the animals as the animals respect
