1- Ambiguity: some questions are not abvious enough to answer, such as Q17 ( Recommendations) It is not clear for whom? for what?. 2- Similarity : some questions seem similar in their answers, such as Q 9 and 14. 3- Question's order : I think it is better to answer the questions which have the same idea in sequential, such as Q 5-13.
There are three questions needed to be answered to strengthen the statement from the memorandum.

I would prefer to answer the first questions at the end of this discussion due to the fact that this questions brings every answer in this discussion together. It would be more suitable to answer all the questions first and then bring all of them together.
