After six months Houston investment firm Fayez Sarofim & Company was invested $ 3 million. It is one of the main online dating websites. eHarmony helps singles to find serious, long-term relationships. The online person website targeted “mirage-minded” individuals. The main difference between eHarmony and other websites, eHarmony hosted matching on the basis of “long-term compatibility”. eHarmony’s targeted on serious relationships sounded well with trust people, resulting in over 100,000 registrations. By early 2002 registrations had grown to over 300,000. TV and radio advertising campaigns gives a very good result. By early 2004, eHarmony hit three million registrations. Still, the company has problems from its competing Match.com, Chemistry. These competitors deliver services at a lower price compare to eHarmony. eHarmony needs to focus on problems the company for long-term success.
