So you think being a coach is easy and all we do is boss others around?
After comparing Oregon, Arkansas and Oklahoma, based on my criteria I feel that Oregon is the best college for me simply because it has the best courses for what I want to study, best coaches, easily manageable expense, and best wrestling program, Oregon University would be the best choice in helping me pursue a career in coaching. Coaches have a struggle too, not just the players.
Entering into the coaching field opens up so many opportunities for the athlete to get noticed and also for coaches to move to a higher level of coaching. There are so many little degrees you need to become a coach such as health and fitness, and maybe a teacher’s degree. Well at least have a degree to where they can put you to teach and coach because at high school level you have to teach a class as well as coach, any subject your best at. You also have to know CPR and know about exercises to help when one is injured (Oregon). Coaching can go a long way depending on how far you take your team. Oregon State offers financial aid and all types of classes for those who want to be a coach. If there is anything else that you need in order to complete your classes or to know for your career they will provide you that. All you have to do is ask (Oregon).
If you are an athlete as well while trying to be a coach, Oregon will work with you and help you as much as they can to where you can still be an athlete and get your degree, they offer private tutors for the athletes or those who need it (Oregon).
It is believed that being an athlete and wanting to pursue your career isn't all that bad or stressful, but you can not
