Seminars are really not my cup of tea, I struggle with public or group speaking. I do try to force myself through them when asked, with the hope that it eventually gets easier, but it never does. Generally, I do small group brewing demonstrations one Saturday a month, I find this format much easier in part because I am so passionate about my processes as well as it being much more informal and requires the active participation of the group. So when Jeff Lebesch, an electrical engineer from Fort Collins, Colorado took a bicycle trip through Belgium it made him realize there may be a market back home to sell Belgian-style ale.
