LEVEL 3 will specialize in high energy themes and a gaming area, and will offer beer, wine and an array of liquors and mixed drinks. In addition, the business will sell non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices and bottled water. A casual food menu consisting mostly of appetizers and small entrees such as nachos, wings, quesadillas, chicken tenders, fries and onion rings. The food will range in cost from three to nine dollars.

Management Plan
The management team is an especially close one. All of the managers graduated from Fort Valley State University with a bachelors degree in business management. The managers have communicated very often with each since school. The two co-presidents have worked directly together for three years at different companies. One of the presidents has worked with the bar manager in the past and has known her for nearly five years. Club IT is a night club that Rueben Keys and Lisa Tejada have put together, to provide some high quality entertainment for everyone to enjoy, especially their adult friends. The mission statement for Club It is “We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ’s, dance space, and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT.” (R. The owners know that there are two major clubs and at least seven smaller clubs in the city. Many of these small clubs have a poor marketing strategy or none at all. Many have poor security and are not safe at all for people to come in at all. We researched this and will use this to bring these people to our club. The decisions will be made between Javan and the assistant manager.

Club IT is a venue owned by Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada. Both having a business degree, they seem to work well together in running and maintaining the financials of the company. Recently they remodeled the interior of the club, giving it high ceilings and high energy lighting.
