There are several approaches to organizational management, the first includes formulating a plan, blueprint, or roadmap to make the intended function or process work, selecting a team needed to analyze the business or organization’s primary functions, and devise a matrix needed to manage the different roles, responsibilities, and positions within the business or organization. These approaches to organizational management are based on management theories, the assumptions that companies can control their future, and predict the outcome.

The ancient civilisation of Egypt has always been an admirable one, and until this day it is still full of mysteries. Despite all the discoveries that archeologists have made, there are many unexplained matters that they are still trying figure out. People considered pharaohs as they were descended from gods; however pharaohs knew that they are normal beings. Of Course they couldn’t show that to the people, and in order to keep their majestic image they turned to making such spectacular breathtaking status, tombs, and paintings.
Having looked at the basic outline of why stricter gun control is being advocated for by lawmakers, several statistics need to be explained. In 2012, out of all homicides in the United States, 60% were committed by firearm; compared to 10% in the U.K., and 18.2% in Australia. This statistic is shocking, and it gives advocates for gun control a reason to be extremely anxious for reform. As well as the number of murders committed with guns per capita in the U.S. in 2012 being almost 30 times more than the U.K, there have been about 1.4 million gun deaths in the U.S. between 1968 and 2011. That number surpasses the amount of deaths accounted for in all wars that the U.S. has ever been involved in, from the War of Independence to Iraq.
Many people believe that, regardless of who claims the victory of the election for themselves on November 8th, the fate of America lies in shambles following this year. Although, with that being said and without a distinct champion in last night’s debate at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada, it is difficult to come to a reliable conclusion; however, I personally believe that Senator Hillary Clinton claimed victory in the final debate. If he had not lost his temper after the second period of the debate, obviously, I believed that Trump appeared victorious. However so, as Trump lost his temper, he also threw the debate for himself, crumbling under Hillary’s harsh comments. While both candidates appeared as overly viscous, it is only common sense for both to act that way, as this was the last debate; even so, even if Trump won this debate by keeping the façade he had at the beginning, there is a slight chance for him to actually win in the general elections. Both explained their stances on the issues fairly well, however, Trump happened to accuse Hillary and Obama for everything rather than actually answering most of the questions well.

Managing resources efficiently and effectively is the most fundamental goal for organisation which aims to maximise individual and social prosperity. “Management is the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of mankind and other resources to achieve organizational goals efficiently and effectively (University, p 4 2011)”. The greatest achievement of an organization is to provide goods and services that customer’s value. The managerial department of an organization has the power to determine the performance of the employee’s, which directly affects the quality of the service or product that is being supplied to the customer. “Managerial tasks are essential for effective management, which involves planning, organizing, leading, and controlling (University, p 6 2011)”. Planning is the process of identifying the suitable goals of an organization and how they will be implemented in the company. Organizing is the procedure that determines the departments of an organization. When departments have been established the next step is to decide who will work best at a particular job. The development of organization inside a business will form the organizational structure for the company. “Leading is the ability to inspire and organize individuals to work as a team to complete the goals of the business in an efficient and effective manner (University, p 9 2011)”. Controlling is being able to assess the procedures of a company and eliminate or change any strategy plans that are not showing high- performance levels. Controlling may consist of monitoring
The history of management has been grouped into phases of development. Classical Management was introduced in the beginning of the 201th century. This addresses the organization’s search for efficiency on the basis that people will work for themselves and be economically beneficial. In other words, they work because they are determined by the economic concerns. Workers are expected to accept every opportunity that comes and they must work for it to achieve a personal and financial improvement. All of this has been supported by 3 theories in which the companies still used it today.
