On 10/25/17 at 6:58 AM, Security Account Manager Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by the Inbound Shack that there was a truck driver that did not want to leave the property. Immediately, A/M Cabrera made his way to the enter shack. Upon arrival, A/M Cabrera met with Yard Specialist Lakwinder Singh and Dan Balan. The Yard specialist explained that the truck driver’s load was canceled and was asked to leave off the property. At the time of the incident, YNL truck driver Steven Stroud was driving tractor 1510 trailer V500587. YNL driver Stroud stated he did not want to leave because he was trying to reschedule his appointment. A/M Cabrera was able to separate both parties and de-escalate the incident. Upon my arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Jason Robertson. Jason stated earlier that morning, Travis Walker, a former employee who was terminated about two months prior, drove onto the complex in a white car. Travis then drove to the back of the compound, behind the Con Ex box. Travis told the employees he was working with a man and needed the concrete saw and rebar gun. The employees told Travis that he needed to leave and that he is not allowed on the property. Travis then left the property.
On 12/8/16 at approximately 11:30 AM, An Outbound Desk Clerk notified Security Account manager Enmanuel Cabrera that a yard jokey found a trailer with damage. Upon being notified, A/M Cabrera instructed Security Officer Larry Mayer to take pictures of damage and to gather the information needed. Upon arriving at the location where the incident occurred, S/O Mayer was met by RJ davis Yard Jockey Mark Billus JR. Yard Jockey Mark Billus JR stated that, while pulling XPO trailer W17150 out of dock door 6, he notice it was too close to dock door 7 for the TDR crew to properly seal the trailer. On 26 June 2017 at 1516 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 305 East Penn Street for a theft of a vehicle. Officer were advised the actor was a Rhiannon Meyer and that she had stolen her dad Dodge truck green in color with a plow on the front. and was last seen heading towards Main Street. Officer began to check the area of Main Street, when Unit 191 called out with the vehicle at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, in Shenandoah Heights. Your Affiant (Patrolman William Moyer) along with Patrolman Tyler Dissinger responded to Unit 191 (Chief Livergood) location. At arrival Chief Livergood had MEYER in custody along with the stolen vehicle. MEYER'S was still yelling about someone having a gun in the window of the residence and was not making sense
On December 18th 2015 at 1810 Deputy Akins responded to a theft call at 11023 Tadpole Road. Upon arrival Deputy Akins was greeted by Lyman Hinson who stated he had helped T. J Leonard Hinson rebuild a truck engine, however was never paid for the service. Mr Hinson stated he had also bailed Mr. Meyers out of jail to the sum of $725. I, Deputy Gough received a call reference a white Ford truck driving in the Gamester trailer court all over the roadway. Upon my arrival I spoke with David Vore and Jennifer Vore. Jennifer Stated that Randy was the driver of the white Ford truck that said, “All Good Construction.” David and Jennifer both stated that they saw the truck drive through the yard hitting a slow child at play sign and the stop sign.
On February 7, 2017 at 1538hrs, I was dispatched to the information desk for possible weapons in a vehicle. Upon arrival I met with Veteran Raymond Blanchette - 2671. He had come in to facility to ask about his firearms that were in his motorhome. Blanchette state he lost his house and was living out of his RV. Further RV was his way to get back and forth to appointment. I decided to warn him about the weapons being in his RV. I based this decision on the fact he, had to use walker to get around, being Homeless and being an elderly man. I did inform him if brought the RV with weapons back on station we would charge him with a weapons violation.
On 3/17/16 at 12:10 A.M, Safety Specialist Kevin Sabulsky notified Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera that he saw the officer who was positioned in the exit shack not check the back of a trailer. S/S Cabrera advised Safety Specialist Kevin Sabulsky that he will look into the matter. Upon further review of the video surveillance system, S/S Cabrera saw that Security Officer Dinh Nguyen did not check the back of one trailer at 11:57 P.M on 3/16/16. S/S Cabrera immediately made his way to the exit shack to speak with S/O Nguyen. On 9/28/16 at 8:30 AM, Area Manager Daniel Ahner notified Shift Supervisor Ashley Lorah that a RJ Davis Yard Jockey caused damage to a trailer while backing up into dock door 4. RJ Davis Yard Jockey Danny Gorski, driving tractor 241 pulling trailer P5076637 out of slip location F-957, accidently damage the trailer’s door while backing up into a dock door. Mr. Gorski stated that while he was backing the trailer into the dock door, he notice that trailer’s door unlocked and hit against the building. No damage was found to the dock door but, the hinge on the trailer’s door was damaged.
This evening resident in unit 1115, Keenan Turner was doing a move out. Quin noticed a truck trying to enter but was well over the size to fit in driveway. Quin instructed resident that the truck was too big and would not be allowed to block the entrance gate. Residence stated that it would only be there to load two things and in 30 minutes it would be moved. He stated that guest can use exit gate or either just go around. Quin informed him that wasn’t his choice to make but Turner replied; fine him. When board members Morse and Oliver stepped in to try to assist with the removal of truck. The driver and resident began to argue and cause the problem to escalate more. Quin tried to talk to both drivers and residents in moving it but no luck.
Enroute, Dispatch advised me the vehicles may be blocking the eastbound lanes of travel. I arrived and found a sedan had run into the back of a truck & trailer. I exited my squad and learned there were no injuries. I then learned the sedan driver was Ryan Burnos & the truck & trailer owner was Keith Lapinoja. It should be known the Keith was not in the truck at the time of impact as he was snow plowing on Floral Dr. nearby and parked the truck & trailer on Co Rd 18.
Tpr. Peak observed a vehicle at a high rate of speed on I-65 at the 150 mile marker North bound in Lowndes County. Tpr. Peak activated his radar and clocked the suspect at 110 MPH. The suspect exited I-65 and traveled North on AL-97 North bound at a high rate of speed. The suspect then turned right on Chicken Pitt Rd. The suspect traveled approximately 1 1/2 miles and parked at a residence and fled on foot into a tree line. Tpr. Peak did not pursue the suspect into the tree line. The suspects car was towed to Randy's Towing located in Fort Deposit, AL. Tpr. Peak made contact with the suspects wife at his residence and received his cell phone number. Tpr. Approaching the scene from the east, HCSO Deputies had the entire intersection of Memorial Highway and Kelley Road closed to traffic. On 3/7/16 at 4:50 P.M, Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by Security Officer (S/O) Zachery Smith, that Yard Jockey Sean Barchik found a box of Trident gum in the Truck Yard by Dock door 59. S/S Cabrera then went out to the Truck yard to take pictures and collect a witness statement. Upon arrival, S/S Cabrera was met Yard Jockey Sean Barchik, he explained that he found the box of gum while performing a Yard inspection. Upon discovery, the Yard Jockey immediately notified B Shack security of the merchandise that was found. Security will launch an investigation to see if we can discovery how the box of gum get there.
