The company has felt ups and downs due to the highly competitive environment they are in. Through these extravagances as a leader, style is more or less a mixture of ‘Tyrannical’ and ‘Compelling Leadership’. Tyrannical leadership style refers to a leader having authority over its personnel; and a compelling leadership style refers to inspiring passion among its personnel.
