1. Colleen willingly accepts feedback as an opportunity to learn and look for opportunities to improve both her knowledge and processes. One example of this was an instance of having an AMS form definition moved to the live site without a communication plan. Once this was pointed out Colleen put together options to correct or a plan to move forward and a process to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
2. Colleen continues to ask and learn about existing processes and related systems. One example of this is that she is learning more about Agile by attending training, asking questions and discussions with subject matter experts.
3. Colleen has demonstrated her desire to learn and grow by asking questions and reading. One example is she keeps a list of questions (that can wait) and goes through them each week with her manager.

Colleen demonstrated her desire to understand the business beyond her function by meeting with Jeffry Vaughn to learn more about Global Regulatory. This offered her a valuable insight to the business outside of the Global Creative packaging team and AMS.

In creating three offsite meetings in Napa Valley, Kathryn was able to help her executive team move through the forming, storming, norming and performing stages of team development.
