System upgrade is a process that organizations have to go through every once in a while. System upgrade is a situation where an organization usually improves the types of systems, such as computer software, that it uses for their normal operations. In the current world, different forms of technologies are coming up every day (Beynon, 2009). These types of technologies are quite important for the success of any business. In order to remain successful within the current markets, it is important for an organization to remain competitive through the process of updating its system every once in a while. This will ensure that the organization is competent at all times and remains successful in its operation. Further, it may have advantages over its competitors, which improves its general operations within its operating markets. System upgrade is quite advantageous to an organization within its working environment and industry.
Based on system upgrade, I witnessed an organization that lost a lot of money through failed transactions based on the upgrading of its system. The organization usually upgrades its systems annually. The major market trends faced by the organization are the rapid development of the technology. This trend gives the customer an uneasy sensation, so the customer will ask for the upgrade at the lower cost conceivable. Other trend is the cost of the internet, and the use of the computer by their employee for personal matters.

This all relates to technology. When the technology is up to date it reduces process times and in the end it helps to create more profit for the company because work is done faster, customer needs are met in a timely fashion and there is less waste.
For several years we have had several issues with the increasing number of operating staple of medical training for centuries. Resident physicians routinely worked 90–100 hours per week, for up to 36 consecutive hours without rest, for the entire duration of residency training. (Dhruv Khullar, 2017) A surgical resident working that many hours puts our facility at a great risk for human error, which in this case is resulting in operating room deaths. We are now experiencing an internal crisis, which is an event that is isolated within a facility.

Technological up gradation: the organization must look for latest trends and technologies for manufacturing products and assimilate the modern technologies for making standardised products. The computer era has arrived and it is offering integrated platform for business processes so the recommendation is to have integrated system for better access and synchronization among different departments.
Commanding in a crisis can be challenging if not prepared for it. The odds of commanding through a crisis as described in the readings pertain more to an installation commander than any other more traditional command. The application of this subject is better defined as to how to be integrate your command during a crisis in your installation. In my case, my brigade is a tenant unit in Ft. Knox and has no authorities or decision power on what will be done in case of a crisis. Although I can see units participating in human relief or terrorist attack situations on or off-post, I don’t see my brigade providing any resources to a crisis besides assisting others as needed or being part of a post level emergency response plan. An effective crisis management response plan outlines specific procedures for administrator, teachers, and students during evacuation emergencies. Administrators work with teachers, students, parents, law enforcement officers, business and community members, to develop an effective emergency and crises plan. The administrator provides leadership in developing and monitoring the school safety plan and also establishes procedures for emergency evacuation and crisis management at different stages of the plan. However, an effective leader develops a comprehensive prevention education plan, and regularly reviews the code of conduct manual for revisions and current laws.
What is a crisis management? It is an unexpected crisis that happens on the company that will affect the trust and loyalty of the stakeholder.
