Describe the essential aspects of a self-directed , intrinsically , motivated active leaner. This person has a strong sense of value , will not break or change them regardless of obstacles . He is resilient , purpose always not to be defeated, but recovers quickly from difficulty . He is goal orientated , believes in himself, and will do what is necessary to motivate himself to stay focus until his objective is realized . ‘’He will listen to others , but takes the ultimate decision by himself .’’ Razvan Dobre. . Further, he is keen on cultivating good study behaviour . He is driven from within , constantly using methods like : time management , research, to enhance his ability to learn.

Identify two areas of personal strength and two areas of personal weakness in being a self- motivated engaged student. Along with the above, this person is naturally gifted for greatness, but has faults like everyone else . Example, he employs independence , building mutually supportive relationships that helps him achieve his goals and dreams, while helping others to do the same.
