People’s Republic of China: The People’s Republic of China is a Communist state; although, it has a constitution. The constitution has five sections: the preamble, general principles, fundamental rights and duties of citizens, structure of the state, the national flag, and the emblems of the state. There are three branches: the executive, the judiciary, and the legislative. The executive branch: the presidency is a ceremonial position and serves as the head of the state.
