Looking back from when I began my career, I can say I came a long way learning the concepts of understanding the expectations that arose from all my positions. In my first job just after graduating, I was appointed as a Business Accountant of a multinational company. Since then, I was caught in the myth that people who were in leadership positions or high ranking were leaders. Being in a junior position, I could have the least effect on any new ideas as my voice seems to have landed in deaf ears. I have seen how those businesses were not in line with their Missions and Values only to find later that many of the staff had left the company.

Next, AS I was researcher for my career the Myers Briggs personality matched some careers that caught my attention such as becoming a Pharmacist, Physician, and lawyer. For the first assignment, Focus Student 2 was great at being open to learning a new topic that he was not comfortable with. This makes teaching lessons so much easier. For example, when we were at the back table he told me he did not understand how to measure, but that he will work on it! Areas in need of improvement are knowing that estimations and measurements do not need to be the same number and how to use a ruler to measure. For example, on problems 4, 5, and 6 this student had the same number placed for the estimations and measurements. This showed me that he was not comfortable using a ruler and chose to place his estimation number down again,
After taking the test, I get Artistic, Conventional and Enterprising. The result is very similar with the test which I took before. However, these three interests are not easy to find a job.
