Friends are the pearls of our life. This word bears its great meaning only to those who could understand the greatness of its meaning. Its some thing sacred, it needs to be cherished and build up for many years with much care. Goran Stojanov once said, "One should always take care when making a choice of a friend-as the friends are the ones you pick by yourself." My opinion is a bit different than Gorans, I prefer to say, "Friends come and go, but with the precious few we shall live our lives happily." I specially agree that friends come in to our life spontaneously. Therefore, there is little more than picking a part. Making Friends is the process, which is a very unique one. It depends on the person one is trying to become friends with, …show more content…
So never hurt the ones you love, watch what you will say.
There are many different types of friends and most of them can be placed into one of several categories: closeness friends, party friends, work and school friends and the best friend.
The first type of friends, compared to the others types are the less valuable. This doesn't mean that they are not good. They are parts of our everyday life. They are the ones who will help us to notice some thing good. For instance, our new hair cut, they are the ones, which will turn our day from ordinary to special. Closeness, they may be in the moment but you never know how close will they become in the future.
Second type, party friends, friends with whom we are spending the best time in our day. So they are special, maybe not the closest but like others worth of respect. For me they have super powers. They are able to change our mood, positively. They are representing us in the best positive way. Thru them we could meet new persons, which may become our good friends. They are the ones who are all night beside us. Sharing every thing that is good with us.
The third type, work and school friends. Functioning in any kind of institution with out friends is absolutely not possible. Not because that we need help, but we need to spend our time with some body. They make us to fell that we belong in some group, that we have

They will never leave your side because they will understand you. A friend is someone you can count on to do anything with. They will never hurt you and will always have something to say. They wouldn't keep secrets from you, they would be the first ones to say if something is wrong. They will be more like your brother or sister to you because they will know you very well. Most important, a friend is someone you will love to be around because they brighten your day. An example of a good friend is someone that can hurt you by telling you the truth. It is important to choose the right friends, good friends can take you wherever you want to go in life, and the wrong friends can be a disastrous decision. A quote from The Pact sums this up nicely, “Friendship can lift you up, strengthen and empower you, or break you down, weaken and defeat you.” (32) This is why it is so important to surround yourself with positive people, and
A true friendship is a bond between two people that care equally about each other and put the other person ahead of them for that person’s benefit. Friendships are given to people to show that someone cares about them. Friendships teach you how to care for someone, always do what is better for that person, and trust the people that stay with you.
Helen Keller once stated that “Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light.” Friendship can be defined in many different ways. For example a four year old might say that a friend is the other boy that gave him a cookie. While an adult says someone to talk and relate to when they need it. They are also formed in a plethora of ways. For instance, the two four year olds could grow up staying friends, or you meet some random person in the supermarket and start talking, or even through another friend. Friends are part of what makes life fun, being able to enjoy the joyous times with another person, and lean on them in the challenging times.

Friendship is a key aspect of life. Friends are your support system, who you go to in time of need, and who you share memories with that can last a lifetime. In today’s society, many friendships are broken up because of trust issues or the lack of positivity that may be spread through the group.
There are many types of friendships. The basic of all types of friendships are the good friends and the bad friends.Bad friends are the type that aren’t there for you and sometimes even the person talking behind your back. Good friends are the real friends who are always there for you no matter what and the ones by your side, protecting you. An example of a good friend can be found in the novella, ”Of Mice and Men,” by John Steinbeck. George and Lennie, the main characters , we're friends and after reading the novella , I believe overall George was a good friend to Lennie.
Human life has been a competition for ages from careers to relationships. While friends are there for us to rely on throughout trials and triumphs, they also sometimes serve as the people we release our pent up emotions to or on. Friends must be willing

They do not necessarily have a best friend or an acquaintance, they just have a friend. A friend should accept all flaws, faults, and mistakes. A friend is someone who understands our past. Also, they are someone who has a positive impact in our life. A friendship is a faithful and loyal relationship between two or more people. Friends have an intimate relationship that can last forever. Friendship is not limited by sex, age, or where a person lives. Friends are people you have fun with; Friends are people you can rely on; Friends are people that look out for you; Friends are people you play with; Friends are people everyone needs. Friends, best friends, family, are all people that you can count on to be there for you.
Friendship is not simply a "relationship", knowing someone, conversing with that person, or dealing with that person in business, school, or in casual acquaintance. True friendship is not just a "relationship", but self-sacrificing love. A friend is also one who supports, sympathizes, and is a person in whom you can confide. There are unique qualities that a person must have to be considered a friend.
A friend is someone difficult to find. A friend is someone you can always count on when times are tough. The dictionary's definition of a good friend is a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard. A good friend is there when you are struggling. For example, when a boy breaks your heart a good friend walks you through it and offers a shoulder to cry on. According to Bree Neff, a good friend is someone who is trustworthy, doesn't talk behind your back, listens to your problems, gives good advice and tries to lend humor along with his or her support. There are also bad friends, those who pretend to care and then turn around gossiping and starting drama. Good and bad friends are all around you, involved in
Through my experiences I have come to realize that there are basically three types of friends a person can have. There are friends that I call “sometimes” friends, these people appear to be your friend but only when you are face to face with them, and when you are not around them they act more like a foe. They are often referred to as two faced or a back stabber. These types of friends are not very reliable nor should they be trusted. Another type of friend a person can have, and the best kind, is a “true” friend. A true friend is someone you know you can always trust and rely on no matter what. The last type of friend is the “acquaintance”. These are the type of friends that you do not necessarily hate, but at the same time you do
