1) I will learn how to use the many different database systems to further improve my human resources skills
a) Learning the different database systems will be difficult at first with how each system process works but by taking the online courses in the end it with help me work more efficiently with the employees I support
2) I will enroll in my companies mentoring program and study along side with the manager that will mentor me towards my HR career.
a) You will be on a waiting list but once you are matched up with a mentor you will achieve valuable experience and knowledge to advanced to more challenging HRG levels

In analyzing the concepts discussed in Human Resource Management, I have found an interesting mix of education and forethought into the role of a human resource manager. Many of the aspect of human resource management such as HR planning, recruitment and selection, as well as, human resources development and labor relations all play a significant role in the success of any organization. There are many benefits to the learning that has taken place in this course that has helped me better understand HRM and its roll that will shape not only my position in business now but for future
Human Resource managers, and other key personnel, now have full access to the HRIS system. They will spend a quick week in their own training, acclimating themselves with the quirks of the system and becoming comfortable with common tasks. After this week has passed then a full, company wide training will take place, with the goal of accomplishing two tasks. First, to inform employees of the new HRIS system and some of it’s key features. Second, to set expectations among employees of what their responsibility and interaction with the new system will consist of. A brief mention of some of the high level

Apply the theories reviewed in class related to analyzing an HR function and determining the type of HRIS application necessary to automate and create a strategic alliance for this HR department. Students will have an opportunity to apply theoretical concepts to a professional business application.
These degrees require candidates to have more training and knowledge of the human resource aspects; therefore, organization see candidates with a higher degree as more qualify and beneficial prospects to their company. A Bachelor’s degree or above, will give aspirant better job opportunities and qualify them for more broad ranges of positions, from hospital human resource management to training managers. For advanced positions in a large corporation’s HR department, or for the position that involved in developing human resources policy, aspirant would best acquire a Master’s degree or PhD.

Therefore, my personal vision statement for one year after graduation is applying my knowledge and experience from obtaining my bachelor’s degree in management and leadership to become a leader in my organization and utilize my leadership strengths to provide the outstanding teaching and tutorial services. With regard to providing the best teaching and tutoring services, I will attend technological workshops in my local area so I can assist students with the newest Microsoft Office edition, 2016, by helping to improve their computer skills. My second goal is to get an education that will allow me to get a job or a better job. After establishing myself (in Susan shoes) for 9-12 months as HR director I would provide a strategic HRM perspective by focusing on a strategy roadmap
First, I plan on finding a job as a marketing analyst or chemist. This will allow me to earn a stable salary, so I can assist my mother in supporting my younger siblings. Next, I plan on dedicating a large part of my time to working with non-profit organizations that focus on helping low-income youth in various forms, such as mentorship or job shadowing.
