Two brilliant students from Stanford University founded Google, the largest search engine in the world in the year 1998. The founders, Larry Page and Sergey Brin first met each other in the year 1995 at Stanford. Within a year they had already built a search engine called BackRub, this was their initial step into creating Google. The name later changed to “Google”, which is derived from the word “googol”, a mathematical term for the number represented by the numeral 1 followed by 100 zeros. There choosing of this name has a lot to do about what Larry’s and Sergey’s mission was for Google. Those “10 things” is a little something that Google strongly believes in as a company and tries to hold that all that is true from time to time, its intended for their audience so that they can hold Google to that. Google does many things, for the people, for the business and for the web. Let us focus on what Google does for business. Google provides a variety of tools to help businesses of all kinds so that they can succeed on and off the web. The tools that Google uses as a backbone of their business are the same tools available for other business out there. Google also offers advertising programs, that help business to find customers and help publisher’s makes money off their content. They also provide cloud computing tools for businesses that can save money and help organizations be more productive. Google is sticking to its mission statement since day; they just want to help people across the globe have millions of information readily available.
Google is a big company and as a company, they are not going to rely on just one business strategy. In fact, Google has many strategies that they use to bring in the revenue for this giant company. The
