I believe that good leaders are made and I also believe that is a factor of their upbringing culture and family values. As long as the person has the desire and willpower, anyone can become an effective leader in any job they are place in. Good leaders can develop thru a never conclusion of self processing on itself to achieve the status by self-study, mentoring education, preparation, and understanding that will guide you and help you in the future of any journey you take. To inspire any worker into a teamwork mind frame, there are certain things you must do and know, and they don’t just come naturally just like I said on my previous statement.

Let’s take a look what the leader on how he influences his followers and or the Sergeant to get the job done in this case we as Sergeants we have a chain of command and we follow as we are told if we believe that the leader is wrong we are encourage to say our piece to have a successful team. In the United States Army we are taught to live by the Seven Army Values. They are broken down to us in the acronym ‘LDRSHIP’ which is short for Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage. We are all taught these 7 Army values repeatedly from day one in the United States Army. First we memorize these values. Then we are trained to live by them.
