At approximately 2300 hours I heard a loud crash somewhere outside of my apartment building. I went out on the patio, looked around outside and saw a car stopped by the east entrance gate. I went outside to the gates and saw a black SUV stopped in the driveway, just inside the entrance gate. The car had a flat right front tire and damage to the right front quarter panel. I then looked at the entrance gate and saw the gate had been broken off its hinges and stuck in the open position. The reflective cross bar was stuck in the down position. There was a B/F who verbally identified herself as Merocy Osas, sitting in the driver's seat of the SUV and a second B/F who identified herself with a valid Florida learner license as Aisosa Mathilda Igbinoba, who was crying, sitting in the right rear passenger seat. Osas said she is a resident of Unit # 4305. …show more content…
Osas advised they pulled into the entrance waiting for the gate to open. When the gate opened, her daughter still had her hands crossed on the steering wheel and didn’t move them. When the gate opened, the wheels were still turned to the right and she drove up and over the curb and into the gate. I began taking photographs of the gate damage and Osas drove her car away. She and her daughter walked back and I told them I would be contacting the apartment management to advise them of what happened. I told Osas I would be coming to her building to take photographs of her vehicle, to which she acknowledged in the affirmative. When I went to the building, her vehicle was gone. I called her and she told me her son or brother had take the car and said she didn’t know I was going to take photos of the car. I told he she needed to bring the car back in the morning so photographs could be taken. Osas said she would have back in the morning. I contacted Melinda and advised her of what occurred and she said she would have Victor call

I entered the residence and was directed to a bedroom on the north side of the residence. I entered the bedroom and observed a white female standing next to the bed. She had a large, blue in color, lump under her left eye. She was unable to open her left eye very much. I later identified her as Anna Williams by Arkansas drivers license. I asked Anna what had happened and she said she was trying to leave the residence and they hit her. I asked Anna who "they" was and she said Gilbert and Judy. Anna said they hit her with their fists. At about this time, Mulvane EMS arrived on scene and started to render aide to Anna as I collected her personal information.

The guy pulled his crumpled car slowly back up the driveway and parked it. Mom exited the car and started taking pictures of the damage strewn all around. The guy approached my mom saying aloud “I don’t have insurance.” My mom instructed me to call 911. The guy suddenly left and went into his house, refusing to give his information to us. This bothered my mom and she suddenly sprang into action. She told me to go back to the driver’s side of the truck and to stay behind it no matter what happened. This was because Kansas is an open carry state. She did a literal 360-degree turn looking for witnesses. She spotted the painter’s van across the street and sprinted towards it.
What happen was I drove into the plaza area and took a right toward Nutmeg Cleaners and the Eye Glass Store. I saw that there was a open spot close up, right next to the last handicap spot. I slowed down used my left turn signal and I started to make my turn. I thought I had enough space to turn into the spot, then I bumped into the blue car. I reversed back and saw that I chipped the blue car's paint and I drove down the aisle, and parked anyway from other cars. I parked and I checked the car I was driving and I didn’t see any damage just a few blue chips of paint. My goal afterwards was to watch for the owner of the car to get to there car and tell them what happened. But I was working while waiting for the owner to get to their car, so as
From my point of view, the police advised her to change the locks on her house only and nobody in your company told her to replace car's locks/ keys. She also changed her house keys because she knew that a thief had her address. Unfortunately, the car was stolen from outside her house after 10 days.
