There are various assessment tools obtainable for assessing the needs for patients or clients. The addiction professional uses assessment instruments as one component of the counseling/treatment process taking into account the client’s personal and cultural background. The assessment process promotes the well-being of individual clients or groups (NAADAC, 2015). This process helps determine how much and what kind of treatment your client needs. It is important to be aware of different types of assessments as well as being familiar with how they work in each situation. As we assess George we will use two different assessment tools to give as an example of how to assesss the needs of this client.
Scheduling the work day and being accountable for each one of your soldiers is one of the most important duties any leader in the Army has from a sergeant major all the way down to squad or team leader positions. With that being said, I cannot express enough that being at the right place at the right time is extremely essential to the defense of the entire United States of America and extremely essential to mission readiness and being able to complete the mission promptly. It 's because of this that being where I am instructed to be is so remarkably important. Without
The importance of accountability, are being on time and in the right uniform. The main reason we have formations and that we are trying to keep account of personnel to know where everybody is at, at all times. I have learned in the past years that I have been in that being on time is the most important thing that you need to do. For one the accountability of personnel is major, it plays a big role in the deployment and the readiness of soldiers. I would have to say that I was wrong for not showing up at my appointed place of duty I should have gotten up and made it to the swimming pool. But in all things that have been done I have seen that accountability is the most important asset here for
To be early, is to be on time, to be on time, is to be late, and to be late, is out of the question. Being able to adhere to a given deadline in a group situation, demonstrates responsibility, time management, group cohesion, and progress. However, being that a group is a collection of individuals with separate lives, there are times when members of the group may be experiencing extenuating circumstances preventing the group from completing a task on time. In such a scenario, communication within the chain of command is essential. Failing to communicate problems that may arise, and inhibit group progression towards a task will result in failure to communicate the task, group division, distrust between the chain of command and the group,

Scheduling the work day is one of the most important duties any leader in the Army or the Armed Forces for that matter, tackle each and every day. Being at the right place at the right time for any member of the Armed forces is extremely essential to the defense of the entire United States of America. It's because of this that being on time is remarkably important. Dependability, accountability, consistency and discipline are all crucially related to being on time. Furthermore, promptness also shows that the individual Soldier aims high and has their priorities straight. However, being where one
Officers of my unit will have maximum time to accomplish their duties; they will not have to accomplish mine. I will earn their respect and confidence as well as that of my soldiers. I will be loyal to those with whom I serve; seniors, peers, and subordinates alike. I will exercise initiative by taking appropriate action in the absence of orders. I will not compromise my integrity, nor my moral courage. I will not forget, nor will I allow my comrades to forget that we are professionals, Noncommissioned Officers, leaders!
6. You are overall responsible for the accountability of your soldiers. I believe that soldiers should work smart and hard during the normal duty day so that we can maximize time off and maintain normal work hours. However, mission will at times dictate weekends or late nights upon approval from the Battalion Commander. We can avoid self-inflicted problems by keeping track of appointments, breaks, and other situations that interfere with the mission. Remember soldiers take the initiative when the example is set. All appointments will be brought to my attention at least 2 days prior, emergencies are understood but they should be
Along with being respectful and responsible, being on time also means that you are more likely to know what is going on. Most of the time, the beginning of a meeting or a formation for that matter may be used to put out important information. Information in which leaders think is pertinent. If someone is late to a formation or meeting they run the risk of not getting the information put out or getting a misconstrued version from a fellow person. Without proper information that person is more likely to be late again and again starting a cycle that may be hard to break. As someone in the military this is something that should be avoided. A cycle of not being in the right place at the right time could lead to punishment such as UCMJ, extra duty, and in some scenarios a separation from the army. Being on time also sets a good example for others, if someone is late without
Life of a soldier is run by strict set of rules that every soldier is compelled to follow right from the beginning of their army training. Some of the most important maxims of army life include, being punctual, always prepared and of course, being able to manage your time in an effective manner. These maxims are strictly followed in the army and if a soldier fails to meet anyone of these maxims then he or she can be punished according to the American military’s Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). However, these qualities are respected in a man regardless of their profession in life. Being punctual in your job, prepared for your meeting and managing your time can improve your relations with others and pave way for your success.
I am writing this essay due to the fact that I failed to show up on time to accountability formation at 0630 on 31July2012. I was informed the day prior of where my place of duty was and when I was suppose the be there. I knew that I had to be at troop no later than 0615 in summer IPFU for PT. I am aware that I agreed to the initial counseling that I was expected to be fifteen minutes prior to any formation. I failed the standards that were given to me by my first line. I am fully aware that time management is basic soldiering task. Failure of this basic soldiering task shows incompetence in discipline. This also shows to others in our troop that my leadership is not keeping

He is a hardworking, tough but emotionally drained and withdrawn kind of person. Sometimes he would try to fake a smile and act numb to put on a facade to everyone. His struggle to find a family and a home for a normal childhood may have caused him to have a quiet and mild mannered demeanour which represents repressive anger and anxieties.
Show that you are responsible, accountable and can do your duty. If you make a mistake, you should apologize and say you are responsible for the
