Conversation primarily has dual actions of behavior and purpose because leaders and teams have to communicate things, change certain routines and that means a change in their behavior. Lacking this behavior, changes would not exist and would inevitably increase organizational conflicts. As organizations connect with new wisdom, they also need to ask their teams to listen to their thoughts and observe at their behaviors, beliefs and ethics.
