Action Plan Steps

One of the intervention strategy that I am proposing would be to create a “you matter

tutorials” by reteaching concentrated content parallel to the TEKS required to ensure the mastery

of content. This would be a student focus strategies that directly meets the needs of the student.

The intervention strategy that was propose was to focus on prior knowledge asan operating

framework for the plan. The plan consists of interactions among the content, relationships, and

teaching that students see and experience in the classroom. Using reteach strategy through

This strategy would include a

collaboration with peer teachers. The strategy that would develop an outreach program aimed at

involving families in education of their children based on the influence of families having an

effective impact.

The outreach program would include community relations and the ability to

work with outside influences such as the media. The strategy that demonstrates the ability to

activate community resources that would include youth support services to support the

achievement and assist with resolving school programs. Once the curriculum and strategies

have been identified and accepted, a time line of implementation of these strategies will consists

of the approval from the administrators and stakeholders. The best timing for implementation

will consists on availability of staff ,students and location to include the community.

Including All Stakeholders

The timeline would be schedule 1-2 weeks before the actual groups have been designed for the

those particular assessment days. The implementation of the plan would be to enlist mentor

volunteers for each student.

Managing Resources

Managing resources in an effective, legal, and equitable manner to support the action plan

with pertinent points that would address problem-solving, strategic planning, technology

application, and operational planning will apply understanding of policies that benefit students

and the community. The most effective way to manage resource is to engage students,

parents, and other members of the community in advocating to improved planning for new

resources. If a problem appears to be overwhelming, the best process is the break it down into

several related problems. The first point that would be addressed is identify what is causing the

problem. The second point is to find out where and how is it happening. The third point is find

out who is it happening too. The last point would be to write down the description of the

problem and prioritize the ones that need to be address
