When it comes to peers and their reviews as well as the critique to any presentations that I have done and will do in the future, I believe that peers definitely play an important role just because it tends to refer in different ways, especially when sharing presentations and overall work with actual peers it is always great to know that you will be receiving feedback that at the end can help me become a better presenter. Being a beginner and getting use to presenting, allowing my peers to give me feedback allows me to go ahead and fix possible mistakes as well as grow and improve on the way. I liked how you outlined the various stakeholders, most of them were ones I had thought of, with the exception of the mental health and substance abuse advocacy groups. I had not considered them, which I am somewhat embarrassed to admit, since most issues of mass violence such as this and the recent shooting at Umpaqua Community College in Oregon, mention the perpetrator having mental health issues.
Would the change pose a threat to a familiar or established situation where routine, predictability and comfort rule the day? But then on reflection, changes could have a positive effect, perhaps a change could open up an opportunity to learn new technologies and thereby an advancement in personal and professional development.
