Journal Three Assignment As with any job, teamwork is crucial. Without it, many inventions and companies would not exist today. For example, Steve Jobs would not have been able to create the iPhone without his team of research and development employees. In my work environment I mainly work alone. However, I work as a team when I am talking to teacher and students about certain computer issues they are receiving. If the communication was not there I would not able to help them and they wouldn’t be able to explain the issue to me. This would not accomplish anything, and in turn would only complicate my task. Importance of teamwork is that when a team works well together they tend to understand their team members strengths and weaknesses.
