The Karambit Knife Some have stated that the Karambit Knife has a dark appeal, well that maybe so but we here like to use the word "wicked". The Karambit looks wicked with an incredible grace about it, and we like it that way. The forebearer of the modern Karambit first surfaced in Indonesia during the 11th century as a farming tool and utility blade. The thriving trade industry at the time allowed the knife or tool as many at the time considered it, to migrate throughout Southeast Asia.
