Leadership is one of the most important qualities that can make a business succeed. Leadership appears to be an easy term to define but in fact it is not as easy as it appears to be, it is a complex term. A successful leader can motivate and influence his followers or employees to do a better job in improving and making the organization successful. I believe that anyone can be a successful leader if they are ambitious, eager to change and willing to learn, therefor mangers in organizations can be trained to become leader if they want to learn and understand what kind of leadership they should adapt and acquire. This approach takes a look at the leaders personal attributes such as but not limited to: motivation, energy, intuition, creativity, persuasiveness and foresight.
