When thinking back on the organizations I have worked for, I would have to say that there is one thing that stood out the most to me and that was issues with communication.

Based on our study, several cultural and communication challenges were identified. First, we identified the issues from within the business.

The most important I have found from my study is that there is lack of communication confidence in the employees .

Communication proves to be the main component in a functional workplace environment. When communication between workers and management, management and management, or workers and workers get misconstrued, the work itself tends to suffer as the result. There are plenty of reasons for lack of communication in the workplace, such as the fear of conflict. When someone is afraid to confront their superior or opposing coworker, communication has halted and new or important information is not being shared. Halting communication in fear of rejection, humiliation, or ignorance should not partake in organizations. The most basic levels of an organization rely in strong communication to keep the continuing flow of productivity from being tainted with misinformation or poor decisions being made.
