2.1 I can review the on-going use of IT tools and techniques and change the approach as needed
In my presentation I will use many different tools to enhance my presentation, in some of these tools I will

2.3 I can assess the strengths and weaknesses in my final work
On completion of my presentation, I reviewed my work and went over the final product and looked where I could have improved for example there was a spelling mistake in one of my slides so I then corrected it.
I then asked my peer to review my work and see where he thought I could improve, his feedback was that my slide transitions were a bit too slow and were distracting the audience as it took too long to get on to the next slide, taking his feedback on board I changed the transition speed to a
As a consequence the Internet has become a significant tool in the distribution of indecent/pseudo photographs and video clips of children and young people. It is used for online banking, buying and selling goods, finding information and for socialising with others. Images can even be downloaded through satellite navigation systems.
No doubt my rationale for using a powerpoint and incorporating three visual aids was to help organize the information I was using for better understanding for my audience.Three topics each had one visual aid, learning from previous speeches, it's best not to overdo them. Overfishing is a process, not a product so a physical prop was not possible unless of course I brought in a dead fish, but that was neither practical nor properly
A variety of communication media can be considered when planning to produce a presentation, for example verbal communication and written communication, each type of communication media has its advantages and limitations. When developing my presentation I decided to use both verbal and written communication, although both communication methods were used I had to ensure that they were used in the correct quantities. To keep my presentation engaging I tried to use as much visual representation as possible limiting the amount of text per slide. I chose to use PowerPoint because of its combination of written and verbal communication (not to mention the cost effectiveness of choosing PowerPoint and simplistic interface); the written aspects included the text on the slides, screenshots and images. The screenshots proved particularly useful as they was of the actual database used in the daily running of the Apprenticeships Store, once paired with the demonstration of inputting data into the database it ensured greater understanding due to more practical learning as opposed to theoretical learning. More detail was provided in my handouts ensuring I didn’t give too much information at once and this allowed the audience to document any supplementary information I said during the presentation, by speaking and interpreting what was on the slides ensured the presentation remained fluid and
A slideshow or power point presentation can create a visual representation for teaching about similarities and differences between adjectives used to describe people. Or showing pictures of characters in a novel will help the students put an image to a written discretion that may not have been able to create with word only. This can also be used for other aspect within a novel like a setting, plot, themes, and symbols to meet the language objectives and the core content objectives.
I will look to the feedback and criticisms given in order to improve on my presentation and communication skills for the future.
One of the policy the college may set is how they use the internet. If they break those rules they could face a severe consequence for not following the rules. The college must have a specific purpose of using the internet. For example, they can have access to the internet to access their emails or websites that will help them create a presentation to teach their students. They are not allowed to access certain inappropriate websites as it is irrelevant to their jobs and some websites may have viruses that could affect the computer system. As they work in a college, teachers have access to websites that students don’t. However, if they are caught trying to gain access to that site they may suffer severe consequences from the head of the college which may result in the staff being sacked for breaking the college rules they signed in their contract. They are allowed to use the internet for their own personal use in their free time for example lunch
A PowerPoint presentation is a form of a slide show that can be of much benefit to the aging population because this feature can help with memory and cognition. An elderly individual can fail to recognize simple daily tasks, which is brought on by age cognition disability. Presentations for the aging population are helpful, as some of the pictures illustrated can remind an elderly individual on how to complete a simple task such as sweeping, cooking, and so forth.
One of the things I noticed in my speech was how many times I looked at the screen. I didn’t realize how many times I looked at my prop until I watched myself on video. It was distracting and took away from what I was saying to my audience. Additionally, I feel like I could have improved speaking about the different experiments performed. I feel like they were rushed and I should have stuck to talking about only one or two experiments instead. With my time being rushed, I feel like I couldn’t explain as much of the experiments as I wanted to or as in depth. Lastly, I should have worked on the conclusion for my speech. I wasn’t able to come up with a good conclusion, so it felt as if I left some of the speech left hanging. I mentioned ethical issues performed in the experiments without actually going over it in the speech. Next time, I know I will come up with a solid ending and just wrapping up ideas I already went over in class. I know that for my persuasive speech, I will work on my eye contact, slowing down, and coming up with a solid ending.

- What I did well during my speech was looking at my audience. I was always facing my audience and have a quick view to my PowerPoint. I believe I did well on these aspects because I wasn’t like the other students always looking at the PowerPoint and not even facing the audience. I know this is a public speaking class and the point is to talk to our audience while facing them.
Any device that is being used on the schools network will be required to follow the guidelines listed in the Children’s Internet Protection Act. Our school has implemented these regulations when regarding technology as soon as it was introduced.
Additionally i used the room to practice my presentation utilising the actual equipment I would use on the day to make sure a was familiar with the it and how it worked.
Forth, during the internal review, I took notes provided by senior PM that was implemented in the second version of the presentation. Fifth, after the internal review, I followed up with team members to ensure they have clear understanding of the comments provided by senior PM. Sixth, when some team members were late on their deliverables I stepped in and did the work to ensure the final product is adequate. Finally, I performed QC on the final product and adjusted the font and format of the slides that were missed up by team members. The overall quality I provided were sufficient, especially in the final QA that helped enhance the final version, that being said, there was some destructive mistakes
3.1 I can review the benefits and drawbacks of IT tools and systems used in terms of productivity and efficiency
The Internet is a global network of vast information. With a few clicks, an individual can have access to up to 200 million web-sites filled with educational and recreational information. The Internet is not regulated in anyway (Carnegie Library 1). It is accessible throughout the entire world from the North to the South, to the early morning sunrise and dark sunsets. Different ethnicity and backgrounds come together linked upon this network resembling a connection of one body in unity. Sadly, issues arise creating concern for users, focusing particularly on minors. Pornography is one of the inappropriate materials on the Internet for minors. This material is harmful to young impressionable minds. Pornography is tearing and
