Physical Health:
Physical health is the good condition of your body. If you are physically healthy, you probably have a steady and balanced diet, exercise every day, have good hygiene. A picture I included on this page is of a toddler taking a bath. This toddler is showing he has good physical wellness because he is taking a bath, which shows good hygiene. The collage also includes pictures of people exercising at a gym and playing sports, which shows good physical wellness because exercising and physical fitness is good for your body. There are also pictures of healthy food because having a healthy diet is good for your physical wellness. These pictures represent the physical wellness part of the health triangle because physical health is taking care of your physical body, and good hygiene, daily exercise, and a reasonable diet all influence your physical wellness. These images fit into my life because I practice good hygiene, eat healthy, and exercise on a daily basis.

If you only make friends to get what you need, your social health could use some work. If you have good friends and easily make new ones, then your social health is in good shape. If you receive and give support and advice when needed, you have good mental health. Physical Wellness- Physical Wellness encourages us to take care of our bodies by doing physical activity, eating well, and keep balance of metal health. The more you take care of yourself and the more you exercise, the more your physical wellness goes up.
An individual can take steps to promote their mental well-being and mental health. These steps could be social connections, being active, learning and developing themselves, social involvement and self awareness. Connecting with other people and developing relationships are important for an individual’s mental well-being. Staying active can help maintain a positive mental state. Learning new skills can create a sense of achievement and improve self esteem. Involvement in the local community or other social groups can develop strong social inclusion encouraging mental well-being. Being aware of own feelings and emotional state means an individual can maintain their mental well-being.

By looking at what different people say about health, it is clear that each one look at it differently. Therefore, there are many ways to define health. When we look at health, all physical, intellectual, emotional and social aspects should be considered because they all affect our health equally. Health can be defined in many ways, positively, negatively and holistically. It depends on how the individuals look at their health and how concerned they are about it. Our state of healthiness will depend on many things such as where do we live, what job do we do, what do we eat, who are our friends and everything else related to our lifestyle. Our choice about our lifestyle can make a difference to our health. If we are interested enough in ourselves, we can improve our own health. Some people think, that it depends only on the health care we obtain; however, it doesn't only depend on this. It is connected to our lifestyle as well.
Health can define in many different ways. Dr Roslyn Franklin defines health as “A multilayered social and ecological phenomenon created in the context of community life. (Dr. Franklin. Psychological wellness is critical at each phase of life, from youth and pre-adulthood through adulthood. What we as humans face, is the overwhelming struggle to attain a proper state of psychological and emotional well-being – which can be more difficult than commonly thought in today’s society all around the world.

However, individuals may experience feelings of 'being nobody', when challenged by the hindrance and restrictions of learning disabilities, depression or anxiety, homelessness, unemployment and poverty.
