Meghan Mollberg Mr. Rysdam World History 11/22/15 My favorite and best subject in school is Math, but I have a A’s in all my other classes. I like all my classes, and I’m not doing bad in any of them. Although, my least favorite is Science. I play sports all year round, including Volleyball in the fall, Gymnastics in the winter, Track in the Spring, Club volleyball in the Spring, and camps for all 3 in the summer. I like to help my mom and dad by doing chores around the house and watching my little brothers. When I took the Keirsey test I learned that I was good at managing goods and services, keeping things calm, having a good time when in groups or when with my friends, being independent (sometimes), being trustworthy, and I like to make others happy. I thought that sounded a lot like me. I also learned that I was a guardian. I learned that there are four types of guardians. There are Supervisors, Protectors, Inspectors, and Providers. I thought Provider sounded most like me. They like to make sure the people who surround them are happy and healthy. They’re good at being team players, and they are good conversationalist. I didn’t think Protector sounded much like me, but there was a few things that sounded like me. Like how it makes them happy to help others our, and they can be misjudge as being mean or stiff because of their shyness. My interest include running track, playing volleyball, watching netflix, hanging out with my friends, and filming youtube
Guardians are observant and cooperative. Seeking security and belonging, they are concerned with responsibility and duty. Guardians have four types which is Supervisor, Inspector, provider and Protector. Guardian’s greatest strength is logistics. They excel at organizing, facilitating, checking, and supporting. This is so close to my personality.
My personality is defined as “Guardian” which fits my personality perfectly. Guardians are practical and down-to-earth, but they know how to have funs with their friends. They take their duties seriously, are hard workers and are dependable and trustworthy. They are most comfortable when life is structured (Keirsey, n.d.). I am a loyal friend who like to have fun, but follow the rules. My friends have said I am their “voice of reason”. I enjoy socializing with my close group of friends, but I am cautious when meeting new people. I enjoy watching sports, probably because there are defined sets of rule which allow for a fair turn for each team. I do not like when plans change suddenly. I am a planner and when things change I have to alter my plans.
I like to read books, play games with my son and go for walks. My main interest in life, apart from my family, is working in Health and Social care as I have a real passion for helping people and helping them overcome any problems they may have, no matter how big or small.
I am very excited to be a part of MASH next year. Some qualities that describe me are persistent, productive, and responsible. I never give up and I always get my work done. I use my class time wisely and I am very productive when getting my work done. I am also very responsible and I am dependable. I have good management skills which include, leadership and good communication. I have two sisters that are 9 and 22. My younger sister goes to Upper Allen Elementary and my older sister graduated from Mechanicsburg High School. I went to the Kindergarten Academy, Shepherdstown, Upper Allen Elementary and finally I am currently in the Middle School.
I can relate to all of the characteristics related to being a guardian. I take pride in my dependability, helpfulness, and am very hard-working. I also feel that I am a very loyal mate to my husband, and responsible parent, and stable leader. I am extremely cautious and focused on credentials and traditions, and I do seek security.
I am Amber Bradshaw, daughter to wonderful parents, younger sister to the bane of my existence, and current student at Rome High School. At Rome High School, I am an active student. I have maintained a 4.0, become 5th out of a class size of approximately 330, and have taken many rigorous courses, including APs such as AP Physics 1, AP Statistics, AP US History, AP Language and Composition, among several others. For that, I have been awarded the status of an AP Scholar with Distinction.
I have many interests and hobbies in life, but here are a few. I love to read and my favorite genre is historical fiction. I also enjoy playing with my dog, Bunny, and my rabbit, Toby. Some of my hobbies include playing tennis, competing in color guard, and climbing trees. I have been playing tennis for five or six years, and am skilled at it. I also have a certain
I love to play video games and sports like volleyball, basketball, football, and hockey. I also love to go on trips, go sightseeing and going to fun places like amusement parks.
If I am not busy with school or work, I like to spend time with my family, friends, and my pet birds. They are my main support, and I think I owe to them to make time for them. That is in the form of a dinner, or spending a day at the beach. My hobbies aside from that, will include reading, and going to concerts or watching old concert footage on the internet from bands like Led Zeppelin, or The
My favorite sport is Soccer. My eyes are greenish/blue. I love horror movies/shows. In summer me, my cousins, and my aunt and uncle always have a campout in tents in the backyard on the 4th of July. When I still went to tri-village my “Best friend” bit me in my arm and she left a mark. She got saturday school and that's partially why we moved to a different school. When my sister was only a few months old she had to get skull surgery because her skull wasn’t shaped right and she had to get part of her bone in the front of her head taken out and she almost died. My mom works at the US bank in Farmersville and my dad works at silfex in Eaton. I like wearing bright colors. I have been to Arizona before when I was little for my uncles wedding. My cousin was and still is in the army and my uncle was in the navy. My favorite animal is dogs. I like listening to music to make myself concentrate and focus better. I like to make people laugh and smile so no one is sad or upset. My second favorite thing to do is run track. I like being outgoing and different than other people. I like to watch disney. I have light brown/brown
According to the KTS-II I am a guardian personality type. I agree with the KTS-II diagnosis, guardians make up approximately 40-45 percent of the population. Seems fairly accurate considering most of the post I read were guardians themselves. Guardians are typically down to earth, trusted, hardworking, dependable, and practical individuals ("Keirsey," n.d.). Going off the cuff isn't typically with-in a guardians wheel house.
Remember being taught something new in a mathematics class and thinking to yourself, “when am I ever going to use this in life?” Sure, not every mathematical theory taught in class will be used in your career, but from my experience, many of the skills learned in mathematics are frequently utilized each day. While mathematics may not be everyone’s favorite subject, I found it to be not only the subject I use the most outside of school, but the one that I enjoy the most, which is why mathematics is my favorite subject.
My favorite academic subject that has influenced me would be my choral class because in that class it helped me break out of my shell when I wasn’t able to sing or do anything in front a group of people or an audience before. Before I took my choral class I had always had nervous breakdowns I was never able to do anything in front of a class or audience. I never thought that I was able to do the things I do now, I'm not entirely confident but I'm getting there. If I never took that choral class throughout my high school experience, I would've been the girl who never talks to no one and isn't able to present in front of a group person and who isn’t able to make any friends because she isn't able to talk to anyone. As I grew up, my parents always told me to do the things I love so I did and I went for a choral and art class because without those classes I wouldn't be the person I am today.
I was born _name__ on _date__ in _place__. I am a son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. I was desperately shy as a small child, but grew out of it. My teen years were happy times sports, friends, summers spent in __place_. It all helped shape me into who I am today. My interests are many. I have always enjoyed reading about history and follow the history channel faithfully. I love music. It's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I find it calming when life gets rocky.
I like to look at myself as a genuine, thoughtful young lady. I’m a hard worker; I believe nothing is ever handed to you so you have to go get it. I worked hard to get to this point of my life and working even harder to get to the successful and graduate part of my life. I care more for some others than I do myself but I have a huge nonchalant attitude. I don’t really show anger or sadness much I always smile because I’m optimistic about life. I look at life as if something bad comes along, no need to dwell on it you can’t take it back so just move-on and improve what you did wrong if it’s possible.
