In addition, I will stand up for what I believe in to the so sometimes this will rock the boat to get my point across. When I looked at all the stories, I can identify with the narrator in “Battle Royal. He talks about how he was an invisible man and it took him a while to figure out this.
The character in which I would compare myself to is Harry. Harry may be perceived to be the ‘bad boy’ the one who causes trouble, but deep down he turns to be Tessa’s hero. He brings a sense of reality and says things straight. An example of this is when Tessa is too caught up in something Harry gives it to her straight, this quote is from chapter 27 “You know what your problem is Theresa? Your problem is that you read too many damn novels and you forget that they are all bullshit. There are no Darcy’s there are only Wickham’s and Alec d’Urbervilles. So wake up and stop expecting me to be some god damned literary hero because it’s not going to happen!” Another example of this is in chapter 66 when Harry is talking to Tessa “I guess that’s the

The first personality is ID. ID operates on the pleasure principle which is the idea that every impulse should be satisfied immediately, regardless of the consequences. When the ID achieves its demands, they then experience pleasure. When it is denied, they then experience unpleasure or tension. (McLeod) The best character from Lord of the Flies that fits this personality is Jack. Jack is willing to do anything for his clan of wild hooligans and that even means killing anything to protect them, for example killing the “beast” before it kills them all. Also, he is eager to make rules and punish those who break them, he makes others follow them but he doesn’t follow those same rules that he creates.(Golding ) The other two characters are nothing like Jack but they do care about the others like Jack does.

The three fictional characters that most represent my personality are Dory from the movie Finding Nemo for her free-spirit and kind-hearted nature, Vanellope from the Disney movie Wreck it Ralph for her shyness, and determination, and Timon from the Disney movie The Lion King for his love of music, silliness, and his caring for others.

I can get emotionally
My personality type is ENFP which makes me an empathetic leader. I try to bring out the best in people by first forming genuine relationships with them. This allows me to understand on a very deep level what the members of my team desire, and empowers me to create a reward system around these desires which motivates them in achieving a stated goal. I enable my team members to have fun whilst working towards common goals as well by using my bubbly personality. My strong sense of creativity is showcased every day by my dynamic ideas which I ensure get out the door just as I envisioned them. My team would handle the remedial tasks in between as they are not my forte. As a leader, I would want to be the face of the team to the outside world to ensure that the public feels and is attracted to the same levels of dynamic enthusiasm which drives us every day. I would ensure that the work environment for my team is fun and full of life energy to keep them energized and have their creative juices flowing. The work environment would be an exact physical manifestation of my ENFP personality.

Personality can be a hard concept to pinpoint, considering the many theories, conceptualizations, and facets of personality. Most can agree that no two people are the same. One individual will always differ from another in some way, shape or form. However, as I have learned in this class many of the theories group traits, or characteristics together, under certain categories to get a better representation of ones personality. For instance if a person gets energy from being in large groups, and enjoys being social they are going fall into the category of being an extravert. For me I believe my personal narrative has had a large impact on my personality and so I am going to start there.
I have to admit that I was skeptical in completing the personality profile. I thought, “How could a few questions determine everything about my management style”. When I received my results, I was astonished at how accurately those results portrayed my personality. While deciding which of my personality traits were advantageous and which were detrimental to my management style, I became conflicted as all of my scores can be portrayed as both positive and negative depending on the situation.
What separates a person that goes far in life from one who does not? More specifically, what is the character trait that makes the difference? The simple answer to that is motivation. I chose motivation because I think it is something that I show. Motivation is a good word to describe me because I am motivated in several aspects of life such as: school, extracurricular activities and community involvement. My personal definition of motivation is, the force that makes someone want to go above and beyond what is asked of them.
