Introduction Ola Cabs was founded on 3rd December 2010, by two IIT Bombay graduates, Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati. Ola Cabs is differed in its approach, instead of buying and renting out cars, the company collaborated with a number of taxi drivers. The company uses technology at the core of its operations through which its users can use various technology platforms to avail the cab service. Because of this model the company was able to start with very low capital compared to the regular cab service providers. Ola works as a cab aggregator thereby connecting the consumer to various taxi drivers.
