Pathfinders, Inc. opened in 1997 as a full service staffing solutions provider. The company works with companies across all industries and sizes in the Greater Philadelphia area, including South/Central Jersey and Delaware. Specialties include staffing for call centers, office support roles, inside sales and administrative positions. With the most extensive hiring process in the industry, Pathfinders established the company as the premier staffing agency in the area.
The organization has many services available to name a few facilitate online and in-house recruiting efforts, responsible for all client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.

Aida is also an Account Manager at Pathfinders. She overlooks the account, vendors, and internal management. Account manager manages client relationships and keep constant communication with the client providing updates and information when required. They will respond to incoming work orders and ensure that all services are provided and completed in a timely manner. The Coordinator will help resolve emergency services related to the exterior maintenance platform and review site inspections and take action when necessary. Every organisation has a different organisational structure. The private sector is funded by private investors, these invest capital into a business in hope of returning a greater capital in the future, they are generally profit drive. A public sector is an organisation generally funded by the public and state. The organisations are required to offer a service which will benefit the whole of society for example the NHS. A voluntary sector is an organisation based on non-profit, and are not funded by the state. They are used to fill gaps within the market which private and public sectors cannot do. The company I work for would fall under the private sector, our company has directors and business partners who put money into the company or use our services to benefit their own companies.

Cuyahoga Community College (CCC) is located in Cleveland, Ohio and has 3 campuses located in Downtown Cleveland (Metropolitan), Highland Heights (Eastern), Parma (Western), and Westlake (Westshore). CCC also has satellite sites for Workforce Development (Metropolitan) and the Brunswick University Center (Brunswick). CCC main objective is deliver high quality education while keeping tuition low. The main goal of the college is to successfully guide students to graduate with an Associate’s Degree and/or Industry Certificate. There are currently over 20,000 students enrolled in courses at CCC.
