Strengths:

- Qiana does a nice job of gaining agreement with the client after her strong introduction. This is good to ensure you are both on the same page before moving on.

- Qiana goes on to foreshadow the hold, instructing the client of what she'll be doing and pivoting to ask to be placed on a "brief hold." She comes back from the hold to check-in with the client and advise of a technology issue that she is looking into further.

- Good job verifiying the telephone number the client would prefer to be called back on. As well as verifying the email address, as Qiana tells the client she will send the registration link once the tech team rectifies the account issue.

- The client asks Qiana to hold while he places his lunch order. Qiana takes the opportunity to build a bit of rapport, "It sounds like you're getting some food, I'm hungry now!"
