4] Lack of Infrastructure:
To provide a quality of education there is need of quality of infrastructure if somebody knows how to play cricket but his potential cannot be utilized unless and until he has been provided with required infrastructure same is the case of every school and colleges where thousands of graduates are coming out without the knowledge of skills and abilities and end result in remaining unemployed. If resources are provided then we can convert them into quality of workforce which is the dire need of country like India. (mishra, 2011)

6] Arithmetic is also a root for apprehension as only 26 percent students in Standard V can do a division problem.
7] Gender issues have come to the fore for the rationale that the spate of modern cases of violent behavior adjacent to girls. Some of the reasons cited for the poor quality of education in schools:
1] Include absence of around 25 per cent of teachers every day also as per some online reports, the pupil to teacher ratio within the public school system for primary education is 35: 1
2] A study of 188 government-run primary schools found that 59 per cent of the schools had no drinking water and 89 percent had no toilets.

There are four major needs for educational development in India:

In has education failed by Ashley Montagu, he states his opinion that education has inadequately lacked teaching student correctly, Affecting their full potential. Mentally Montagu believes that for a person to be mentally healthy they must be able to know how to love and work. Stating that if they aren’t taught to communicate with other their performance drops. But due to outside problems that are something different than in class he think teachers shouldn’t allow outside problems to continue but to distinguish outside problem and find ways to solve those problems. He believe that students aren’t the fault in the system but have been due to lack of work teachers put in.
India has a major problem with corruption. In the book The White Tiger, we see this problem throughout Balram’s life. The first time we are exposed to corruption is when Balram is just a young boy living in his village that is in the “darkness” of India. His village of Laxmangarh is in the darkness of India and is run by four landlords that use intimidation and scare tactics to collect an unfair amount of money from their tenants.(pg. 21-22) Another place you see corruption in The White Tiger is when Balram is working for Ashok and his family. Their family has to pay the government bribes to keep from being prosecuted for illegally stealing coal, and evading taxes.(pg.233) Imagine if we lived in a country where if you paid the national government
son. (Introduction to Criminology, Lecture 3, September 23, 2013, Professor Jan Stanners.) So another factor about females being less aggressive is the fact that they are protected more and almost restricted from certain things because more people worry about girls then boys. Studies are also showing that women’s crime rates are increasing quite noticeably while males are slowly dropping. I think this is because since the 1950-80’s women’s
Schools are over populated here, 40-50 pupils in one classroom, learning process is not easy. Because of that it is impossible for the teachers to pay attention to every student in the classroom and to get almost the same result, because of that many pupils just attending the classroom without any interest in studying or learning.
The findings on the website show how female offenders have been perceived as less violent offender compared to males (NCJRS). Although, in the past females were perceived to commit minor offenses, but there has been a rise in females committing violent offense (NCJRS). There has also been a rise in the percentage of female offender overall, which younger girls represent a larger proportion of juvenile arrest (NCJRS). The reason for this could be many younger girls are experiencing trauma, abuse, violence, and poverty issues at home. For example, if a younger female leaves in a home and all she sees is her mother and father fight, which could lead her to think that it’s okay. She also gets beaten by her father and her mother never say anything so she might think it’s a way of life. This cause for whenever this younger female gets into a confrontation at school, she automatically leads to violence. The reason why is that’s all she seen growing up. The victimization that the female offender go through cause them to have different needs compared to male offenders. The findings on NCJRS states how due to the different victimization females go through they are more likely to be addicted to drugs and have mental
(Cauffman 5). Research shows that the person-offense case rates for girls have increased thirteen percent while boys’ fell eleven percent between a twelve year span (1995-2007) (Stevens et al. 2). Understanding the increase of girls’ presence in violent crime is an important step in explaining the gender disparity in the system as a whole. These statistics suggest that girls are simply becoming more violent, very quickly, while boys are becoming less violent. Criminologists and sociologists are not convinced that this is the case. The first section of this paper will discuss alternative explanations as to why there is such an increase of girls in the juvenile justice system.
First, it is important to define what corruption is. The term, “corruption” covers a broad range of human actions,
6. The claims in the mass media that girls are getting tougher and committing more violent crime are mostly true; there has been a detectable change in the most violent offenses, such as murder and aggravated assault, over time.
For several years, males were viewed as the violent perpetrators and females as non-threatening victims, however things have changed and female violence has become a great issue in the country. Some believe that females are not biologically capable of committing crimes, and that belief alone has brought on a lack of attention to female involvement in crimes. According to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, between 1985 and 2008, the number of delinquency cases involving females increased 102%, while for males, the increase was only 29%. Female crimes are emotionally driven, irrational, and unpredictable and usual over petty stuff such as gossip, he-say/she-say, jealousy, or boys.
1.The International Labor Organisation states, “ African countries are increasingly appreciating the potential of linking infrastructure investments to employment creation and poverty reduction, thereby addressing both deficits in the fight against poverty.” (http://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/---ed_emp/---emp_policy/---invest/documents/meetingdocument/wcms_392965.pdf)
Since 1970, there has been an increasing and alarming rise 138 percent of violent crimes committed by women. Still, while the equivalent percentage compared to male violence is small 15 percent to 85 percent the fact that the numbers have elevated so drastically points to something changing in society.
It is evident that transhistorical approaches have reduced the complexity of this issue and the positions of these women seek to take a macro-level approach in order to identify the factors that lead up to violent acts against girls and women.
Females are said to be very emotional and if they were troublemakers at a young age they are said to possess “masculine traits and characteristics” (Siegal & Walsh, 2015). Males tend to commit crimes like robbery, assault and burglary. This has changed in the last decade. The rate of offending has decreased for males by 27 percent and females about 15 percent. “Girls have increased their
In addition, students achievement needs are not met especially the sp. ed. and ESL student whose academic levels fall below average students. Some students basic language foundation were not met for whatever reason, thus they are performing two or three grade levels below their actual grade.
Corruption is a complex political, social, and economic anomaly that negatively affects developing and developed countries. It weakens democratic institutions, holds economic development, widening the rich-poor gap and certainly leads to governmental instability. The World Bank definition of corruption states that “…the abuse of public office for private gain”.
