3. Critically analyse how creativity and creative learning can support young children’s emotional, social, intellectual, communication and physical development.
While the project was begging, I kept in mind and fallow the reconnections of Cathy A Malchiodi as well as Michelle Molnar about the importance of working with children showing them you are really interested by asking them questions, offer the capacity of freedom in terms of giving them space and respecting them whether they decide or not to talk about their drawings. Also, develop an effort to have a communication where you can ask questions to the child to make them notice they have our attention.
Children’s creativity must be extended by the provision of support for their curiosity, exploration and play. They must be provided with opportunities to explore and share their thoughts, ideas and feelings, for example, through a variety of art, music, movement, dance, imaginative and role-play activities, mathematics, and design and technology.
E: I think using a picture to spark creativity is a good idea for all children. During my experience hours, the teacher that I was aired with gave her student a picture of a woman pulling her hair out and two other children below her arguing, and the students had to write what each person was thinking and saying. Her students came up with really interesting answers, and it was a great activity.
At all stages (including very early mark making) the children’s work is positively encouraged, valued and exhibited.
This approach believes that children will learn from watching and being with adults who are being creative. This means that they need to be shown how to be creative first and watching adults draw and paint, etc.
Communication/Emotional/Social: During the art activity, children will be able to communicate with their peers and share their ideas. Also they will be able to share tools to make collage.
Creative development is important to a child’s learning because it helps them to use their mind and imagination and express their own ideas, and through playing with their friends it also helps them to understand that all family’s and cultures can be different. It helps them to make connections in their thinking and the way in which they problem solve, by doing things over and over again they reinforce their thinking and learning, they develop self-esteem, confidence, imagination & learning to work together in groups. It puts down the foundations for more

Cytotoxic drug reconstitution is one of a oncology pharmacist’s day to day tasks. A standardization of chemotherapy order forms (SCOF) which also known as cytotoxic drug reconstitution form (CDR) are implemented so that chemotherapy order is in completeness detail. Before implementation of standardized forms, chemotherapy orders were unclear and incomplete and the orders often lacked crucial information to its completeness such as regimen dose, number of doses, and route of administration. Thus lack of standard format to chemotherapy orders potentially increased the risk for a serious medication error. A SCOF components include diagnosis, height, most recent weight, body surface area (BSA) calculation, dosage (mg/m2), final calculated dose, start date and time, day of therapy, solution diluent and volume, infusion rate (drips), route (intravenous [IV] push or infusion), duration of infusion, frequency of administration, and total number of scheduled doses as in shown in figure 1.

That moment when you take a breath and think of all that is to come, that is square one. It’s the starting line, the plus sign on a pregnancy test, the first day at a new school. Square one is where it all begins. Despite what you may have been told, you can’t go back to it. There is no undo button in life, no matter how hard you try to find one. In an age of video games and computer programs that make it possible to simply press a button and start over, it can seem a bit incomprehensible that some things are permanent. As you go through life, however, it becomes more and more apparent. Every haircut that you instantly wish could be undone, every word that you try unsuccessfully to retract, and every opportunity you missed and regretted wholly show the permanency of reality. Fortunately, this should not inspire fear or melancholy; new beginnings—new square ones—are always right around the corner.
Creative development allows children to be creative using various different resources and materials. By encouraging creativity through play, make sure children have a wide range of materials to work with that are age appropriate; for example, paints, pencils, markers, play dough, buttons and pasta. Using a different variety of textures will enable children to explore sensory materials as well as art materials. Creativity through music is great way to allow children to respond to a range of music and sounds; they love to jump up and down to music. Children should be provided with resources so they can make their own music for example, shakers, rattles anything that can let children create their own music and sounds. Providing a setting with
As children get older egocentric thinking will begin to dominate in a non-logical and non-reversible way, and this will give a more developed imagination and will improve memory. The child grows into adolescents and the operational stage of cognitive development with the use of symbols and abstract concepts grows and shows more
There are many ways in which various sized cardboards can be used in the dramatic play area to enhance children's creativity, extend play and develop skills. Cardboard boxes could become almost anything with a little imagination, and as we all know children have a big imagination and their ideas are limitless. Throughout the school year a classroom takes on many different themes as the seasons changes, and the cardboard boxes can be used to make supporting props for these themes. For example, if the theme is farm the cardboard boxes could be used to make a barn, or if the theme is chores the boxes could be used to make a washer and dryer for the dramatic play area.
