Let’s get started, the project chosen will be the construction of a monopole telecommunication cell tower reaching 150 feet tall. A geotechnical engineer will determine the exact location of the tower after soil samples are taken to determine the location of the caisson and slab foundation of the tower. Following the location determination and the staking of the tower, a shaft will need to be drilled in the ground for the caisson that will later have a steel plate bolted to the tower foundation securing the tower from falling over. The shaft is drilled using a crane mounted drill unit; the hole is drilled through soil or rock to the desired depth which is usually one third to half the height of the tower depending on the soil samples. Steel casings will be used to maintain the sides of the drilling excavation to prevent a cave in.
The scope is that within the budget of CAD $900,000 the property to include: foundation with
The Contract language under 2.3 "Designing to Budget" leaves it to the Owner's discretion regarding the payment of additional design services when the cost exceeds 5%- in particular under 2.3.3.2 if the Construction Costs are due to scope changes. Moreover, by using InphoniteVoice, they estimate an annual saving with a 50% no-show drop of $318,750.00, which can generate a daily savings of $1,325.00; a monthly saving of $28,156.25; and a total savings yearly of $337,875.00. Since we will not have to recruit, hire or pay for any additional staffing, there will not be any further labor costs, if we choose full vendor
For this project our group was tasked with designing a tower under the parameters of a 40 cm height minimum and 10 x 10 cm tower base minimum using bass wood and wood glue. The overall aim was ultimately to design a tower with the greatest mass-to-weight ratio. The following consists of the procedures, results, and conclusions of our designing, constructing, and testing stages.

Even with prior planning uncertainties will happen. In this case, the contractor decided to outsource the concreted for the paid. The problem is that the concrete was not with codes and had to be removed and repoured. This delay caused budget overruns. This goes back to the quality not being measured in the earned value management (EVM) system. The 30 day project turned into 60 days and was ultimately over budget but the difference was paid by the contractor. Even
