It was a mistake and the managers apologized but it was terrifying. Most people try to let the elderly or disabled get their upfront spot. My mother is 100% disabled from a military incident and needs the front parking space to reduce stress and tension on her bad foot and back. Handicap spots are usually open for her which is good. On the flipside however there are those who think they can park there to get a quick item from Starbucks and get out without getting a fine. This has also happened before, some people just park wherever they please, breaking laws and leaving before they get in trouble being what we call a scofflaw.
The meeting was so unexpected everyone the office hurried to get there ad hoc so they wouldn’t get yelled at.
Although I am sure the employee isn’t always chipper, we are always greeted in a friendly and very mannerly way.
I took the only table available at that time, unfortunately the localization of this table was not appropriate enough for the purpose of observing people greeting each other. I was not able to see people at my back. I needed to change the original position that I chose at the beginning of my observation in order to have a better control of the environment I would like to observe. I was quite far from the cashier, one of my ideas to observe is how the cashier in the cafeteria greets her costumers, and if costumers greet back.
The parking is very unorganized and messy. When a driver is parking they do not necessarily line up right next to the car that has already parked beside them. There are a lot of instances where there is a tight, odd shaped parking spot that leaves little room for a person to get out of their car. I can say this from experience since I park there daily and have seen and witnesses this numerous times. Cars are just desperate for a spot and go for anything they can get into no matter the size. People should feel safe while parking there and not worry if a car will park dangerously close.

The parking area is a peting place where the vehicle stops and is abandoned by its owner for a moment or longer. For example when we are going to college then our vehicle must be parked first and then after college we can take it back. Strange is not it, when we go to college while bringing the vehicle into the classroom? Therefore, every place or building must have a parking space.
