Summary
The Research Project question I chose was “What is the best way to make a short promotional video for marketing?” I chose this question because it combined two different interests of mine, which include marketing and filming/directing/acting. I wanted to learn more about how videos can be effective in marketing and how they can be filmed to communicate a message about a product, service, or company. This information could be beneficial to not only me, but also to other filming enthusiast who may be interested in a challenge or people in the marketing industry who may be thinking about using the video medium to promote something. I faced many challenges in my process of researching about using film for marketing and also when making my own video for marketing purposes. My research was full of primary and secondary sources that gave me valuable insight into the topic. The answer to my Outcome was invalid as there is no ‘best way’ to create a film for marketing, but I discussed the guidelines in order to create an acceptable marketing video for all ranges of goods and services.
Evaluation of research processes used: (E1)
As my topic can be looked at from many different perspectives, I decided that I first needed to refine my topic into smaller sub questions that would then enable me to have more precise and focused research processes. Some of the research processes I used included qualitative Web-based, journals and interviews and also quantitative surveys and
This chapter covers the background and rationale, statement of the opportunity, purpose, research questions, nature of the study, definition of key terms, the significance of the study, assumptions, and limitations. It also covers the scope, worldview and theoretical foundation depicting the logical path of the research study.
In this assignment I am going to be creating a table comparing the different research methodologies in health and social care.
In this paper I will analyze two articles, one is quantitative and the other is qualitative. I will describe the quantitative methods used including the research question addressed, the hypothesis, and variables. I will identify the population and sample. I will discuss the reliability and validity of the instruments used. I will then discuss the design of the article and how the findings were analyzed. For the qualitative article, I will identify the design of the article, the methods used and the strategies used for analyzing the data. Lastly, I will look at the implications for practice in the qualitative article, discuss other journals that might be interested in publishing the article and discuss how this article might

Compare and contrast quantitative and qualitative methods on each of the elements listed. Please use scholarly, academic literature to support your response.
It is common for researchers to compare qualitative and quantitative research methods. Quantitative methods originate from positivist and post- positivist research paradigms. Also, the methods objectively examine statistical data to determine cause and affect and often use generalizable data. There are various methods used in quantitative research such as surveys,
The methodology was described with the data collection method. Quantitative and qualitative questionnaire which consisted of closed questions with a choice of fixed answers and free text to enhance qualitative data were sent out in the form of mailshot, followed by telephone call to non-respondents and it was repeated for more wider sample results to gain more evidence to reduce bias (Parahoo, 2006).
METHODOLOGY: The paper was a qualitative review utilizing mostly correlational methods and containing both cross-sectional and longitudinal studies.
In this assignment I will be comparing different research methodologies, which might be used in health and social care setting.
This proposed study utilize a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is “research studies that aid us in understanding human systems, whether large-scale, as in cultural systems, or smaller-scale” (Savenye & Robinson, 2005).
Following a critical overview of the literature, this chapter outlines the research methodology. It will provide a justification for a qualitative methodological approach and specification of methods employed. Highlighting the appropriateness of interviews and focus groups in relation to the methodology and overall research. It will also provide recognition of their relative strengths and limitations.
This study used a quantitative methodology of data collecting to answer the research questions. The specific research questions studied included the following:
This section provides an introduction to the different types of research paradigms and methods before concluding on the approach that this study will undertake.
Qualitative and Quantitative study designs both can be beneficial in research design. They both provide valuable options for researchers in the field. These techniques can either be used separately in a research study or they can be combined to achieve maximum information. This paper will define the terms qualitative and quantitative; describe the similarities and differences between each; discuss how qualitative and/or quantitative research designs or techniques could be used in the evaluation of my proposed research; and discuss why linking analysis to study design is important.
A sample questionnaire was used to perform the primary research needed for this project. This questionnaire, with a
