Should Shool Uniforms be Mandatioy?
In certain high schools, it is maditory for students to wear a unifrom to school.I strongly believe school uniforms should be mandatitory because studies show that uniforms not only promotes unitfromity among the studnts, cause less conflict , and indentifies the students intheir repective schools. first, school uniforms shows unity among the students. When everyone wears the same type of clothing, they feel like a part of a comunity. for example: it seems like everyone is on the same page when they look the same. when a group of people look the same and/or have the same value, they feel a certen conection and co exist better. for example little itally or chinatown. in addition, unity is strengh. if

no one makes fun of each others clouths because they dont have the visuale of being superior to others. for example, some students canafford to purchase more expensive articles of clothing and make fun of the other students that are unable to aford the expensive purchases, such as name brand items thus causeing conflict.
Another example of that might cause conflict among the students is dress code violetions. by wearing school uniforms, it could pervent students from wearing inaproperiet chlous because there is a strict regulation that show what is appropriate chltohing for the students to wear.
thirdly, if school uniforms are mandatioy in schools, it would show indentification amoung the students. By wearing a uniforms, it is easier to identify students if they are lost. also by wearing a school uniform it shows school spirit. for example: the uniforms reprezent their respective schools, students can wear the unifrom with pride, and it shows loyalty. In addition, by wearing a uniform students have a certain standard to uphold.Their actions reflects the school and what it represents.therfore students have duty tobe respectful of the school they
First of the primary benefits of school uniforms is that they would help students have easier lives. In today's society, students forget about the main reason for going to school which is to learn, and instead, they find themselves concentrating on their outward appearance and reputation. Students that wear uniforms do not have
School uniforms also promote school pride and safety of the students. Teachers and staff want their students to have school pride to show support and to promote the school. Students that have a strong school spirit will most likely have a superior attendance, school uniforms encourage this. In 2007 a peer-reviewed study showed that once school uniforms were introduced to teachers they soon felt an increase of trust and respect from students. Students also felt they were part of a team (School Uniforms). Students feel as if they are a whole when everyone is wearing the same attire. Nobody is left out and everyone is comprised. Student safety is extremely monitored in school systems and uniforms could help accomplish this problem. If an intruder were to enter the building, students would easily spot the intruder due to them not wearing the correct dress code. Uniforms promote school spirit and keep the students protected from danger.
I believe schools should not force students to be a part of a uniform dress code. I feel that not having a uniform dress code allows for students to express themselves, saves money for the parents, and does not define what clothing is right or wrong
There are some purposes suggested by proponents of school uniforms. Since the Columbine High School tragedy, "school leaders have been grasping at any policy that could contribute to a more civil, safe and tolerant school environment" (Marchant, 1999). If every student in a school wore the same type of clothing, it would be easy for school officials to detect an intruder. This could possibly decrease violence and theft from outside the student body.
When thinking of uniforms, initially what comes to mind for most are either private schools or boarding schools. The preconceived notion of these kinds of schools is that they are top notch as well as prestige. Maintaining professionalism is important in the workforce and the requirement of uniforms in schools help teach that to kids from a young age. In addition, uniforms teach discipline and respect to help maintain order in the school. With uniforms, you learn to follow rules and respect authority. The rules may be minuscule, for example, keeping your shirt tucked in at all times, but following the rules and respecting them is a character trait that the student will learn and carry that with them as they grow
Wearing uniform in schools may also erase the fine line of social classes. School uniform unite the social classes as wealthy and poor students will be wearing the same outfits. No one would have the capacity to figure out what social class a student is in just by looking at what the other individual is wearing. Schools with uniforms can also have all the students dressed pleasantly in their outfits and look more professional and all around kept up.
Frist of all, uniform gives students’ sense of identity; it creates a feeling of oneness and belonging to their school. If you gather a group of people and dress them all in a mutual way, they are likely to develop a group identity and a group ethic that has nothing to do with their personal identity or their individual perceptions of right and wrong. All the members of that cluster will put the equal effort in the work. What sport players, cheerleaders, and band people have in common is that they all have their own uniform and work together as a team. A school uniform teaches students to dress smartly and take
As students become older, they have to accept that in just a few years, they will be working. School uniforms help students adjust to the uniformity expected in a work place, before starting to work. In addition, school uniforms cause students to focus on getting educated and not on looks, therefore relieving kids of the stress of choosing what to wear to school. By wearing uniforms, students display their intention to learn and not get attention. In all, school uniforms show dedication.
To begin, having a standard set of dress generally allows for improved health and overall happiness among the school community. Uniforms, as the name suggests, create unity and bring a sense of pride to many students, greatly contributing to their well-being. Being part of a greater community, whether students realize it or not, helps to satisfy man’s natural desire to belong. Belonging to and taking pride in the school community helps young adults to feel more confident, as they feel part of something greater than themselves, while

Students would feel more confident because everyone wears the same outfit. It can make students keep focused on their education, not their clothes. When all students are wearing the same outfit, they are less concerned about how they look or how they friends look so they can concentrate on their school work. Uniforms are something that schools should not even consider in their schools. Schools should avoid uniforms, and instead let the students decide for themselves what they want to wear. Uniforms make students look more like they are stuck in a prison with their matching outfits than an education center. Although some people find it necessary to have uniforms, they are needed because they are boring, static, expensive, a hassle to order, do not fit everyone’s body type, deter students from coming to the school, and lastly they get the students more in trouble more than regular clothes.
