The majority of high schools and middle schools have vending machines that serve soda. They also offer soda with school lunches. Since students see soda , they don't see the problem with drinking it every day at lunch. Since drinking soda daily has been already a problem in the world, we're adding to it by offering soda at school. Therefore, I think we should offer only nutritious drinks such as white milk, water, and natural fruit juice.
One of the reasons why I think we should replace unhealthy drinks is, because caffeine is dangerous to your body. Caffeine is risky when you drink too much for a long period of time. Caffeine can cause insomnia, which can affect the students sleep cycle and cause the student to be sleepy during the school day. Not only does caffeine cause insomnia, caffeine can also cause high blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat. These are only the minor effects. There are major effects, such as cardiac arrest, stomach ulcers, coma, and even death.

I also disagree with this plan of action because many teens and kids struggle with weight, and putting soda at easier access is a bad idea. Yes this would raise money for the school, but why soda? Why not water or freshly delivered fruits and veggies? Even packages of dried fruit and nuts would be better than soda. Obesity is the second leading cause of preventable death, and putting soda at a closer grasp for bored students may make it the first leading cause
"But I can’t possibly accept this award. And I’m very humbled and I’m very grateful and gracious. But my artist of my life is Beyoncé. And this album to me, the “Lemonade” album, is just so monumental. Beyoncé, it’s so monumental. And so well thought out, and so beautiful and soul-baring and we all got to see another side to you that you don’t always let us see. And we appreciate that. And all us artists here adore you. You are our light."
Giving student access to eat and drink soda in campus will not only hurt the way students need to eat but it will also hurt our environment. Many students love to eat candy and drink soda but if we take action by banning candy and soda the environment would not look messy by the rappers.Take action now because later when students get comfortable with bringing candy and soda, there are going to be students selling the items to other students.Letting the students eat candy and soda is practically saying that the school and administration don’t care about your weight. It's like saying if the government doesn't care about your weight limits.Eating things like that are

We all want our kids to live vigorous, ebullient lives, because childhood is such a dynamic time of discovery and involvement, but there is one unhealthy drink to ensure that this does not happen. One of many concerns right now is that energy drinks are playing an unhealthy and harmful role in the diets of many adolescents and children. Unfortunately, there is a problem with most energy drinks that exceeds the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA’s) required limit of 71 mg of caffeine for a 12-ounce drink (Doheny). Some of these energy drinks are sold as nutritional supplements that are not regulated as foods, which is an example on why these drinks are not safe. The intended purpose, side effects, the ingredients in these drinks, and children’s
Everyday we go to school not caring or thinking about what sodas and energy drinks can do to us, so changing the school policy and drinking right can help each one of us realize that subjects like these are serious. To begin with, drinks such as sodas, and energy drinks can affect a students life graciously. Also, all of the ingredients in these drinks cause diabetes, childhood obesity, and heart disease in young students and teens. Finally, all of this will also lead to bad dental hygiene. As can be seen, changing to healthy drinks would be better for our hearts, weight, and mouth.

Many teens, including myself, down energy drinks without thinking of the consequences they might have on them. Although teens don’t actually think about what they are actually putting into their body, many adults aren’t either. Teenagers need to think twice before downing an energy drink because of the unsafe caffeine and sugar content, the problems the drink can cause mentally, and that it can cause nervous and anxiety problems.
Some people think that schools should offer only nutritious drinks such as white milk, water, and natural fruit juice and situationally, I agree with this policy. I believe only offering healthy drinks will be a great impact on our schools today. For instance, caffeine drinks can cause children in today's schools to become obese, which will cause children to live an unhealthy lifestyle when they grow older. Caffeine drinks can cause insomnia in children. Insomnia is a sleep disorder, for example, it will not allow children to sleep properly. Caffeine drinks will not give children's bones the nutrition that they need. However, serving nutritious drinks in our school cafeteria can be the solution to all of these brutal conflicts.

I think that we all or most of us agree that this should happen. However, we are always told that it is bad for us. I’m sure that you’re parents must have told you that caffeine will stunt your growth, but it’s just a myth, We’ve all been brainwashed by the things that we’re told and no one ever talks about the good, no, amazing benefits that it could do for us especially as students. So, whenever your teachers or even your parents stop you from drinking coffee you can tell them these pros and enjoy your delicious cup of coffee.
