Soda Persuasive Speech

Sugar is addictive and like any addictive substance it is toxic. I also disagree with this plan of action because many teens and kids struggle with weight, and putting soda at easier access is a bad idea. Yes this would raise money for the school, but why soda? Why not water or freshly delivered fruits and veggies? Even packages of dried fruit and nuts would be better than soda. Obesity is the second leading cause of preventable death, and putting soda at a closer grasp for bored students may make it the first leading cause

Imagine that you saw the inside of your body just after you drank a can of soda. It is not pleasant. Soda is a sugary drink that a lot of people and kids love to drink when they have people over for an occasion. It is also offered at restaurants and other stores for people to get and buy. Soda and other sugary drinks should not be permitted in schools. Although soda is not healthy for you, it tastes delightful and pleasurable. Soda shouldn’t be allowed in schools because they are bad for your body and can damage the insides of your body, and soda can make you become obese and large.

Schools have changed all drinks to all nutritious drinks. I agree that the schools should have the nutrition stuff because it helps there one. Obesity has taken over the world because all of the unhealthy things in the world. All the sodas and energy drinks are a main drinks for everyone and they are bad for you. Many types of milk to choose from too.

Sugar can also cause your arteries walls to tense up which can put you on the path to high blood sugar. Some people may think this reason is weird but sugar can be used as a drug. Sugar can give you a high but sugar basically takes more energy then its giving you. So when conducted a test on rats that binged on sugar the rats experienced chattering teeth, tremors, shakes, and anxiety when they were taken of the sugar. So it's common for people who are addicted to sugar to suffer from anxiety. One reason is that sugar is very harmful to your body. Sugar can rot your teeth, as well as wreck your liver. I think that we all or most of us agree that this should happen. However, we are always told that it is bad for us. I’m sure that you’re parents must have told you that caffeine will stunt your growth, but it’s just a myth, We’ve all been brainwashed by the things that we’re told and no one ever talks about the good, no, amazing benefits that it could do for us especially as students. So, whenever your teachers or even your parents stop you from drinking coffee you can tell them these pros and enjoy your delicious cup of coffee.
